Service man was very professional and kind. Was very pleased with time and cost. Very knowledgable on time, pleased with the service provided.

To a degree, time will tell, but meanwhile we are very pleased with all aspects of their service.

Great response. Seemed like a long repair time for the fix (6+ hours)but admittedly, it was somewhat cramped and awkward work space. Great staff, very knowledgeable.

Had three shutoff valves replaced for a little over $300 (which is low for this area). Brandon was on-time, courteous and professional. Will recommend and use them in the future.

This company charge a huge price for replacing a 30 gal water heater in a rental. There needed to be updates but the price was still way over what we expected. I recently replaced 2 water heaters in San Marcos with many upgrades for $1500 and $2000. Ben Franklin charged $2800 for the same. Although the work was done well, the price was Horrible!

Horrible customer service. The water heater did not pass with code compliance. Repeated calls to get it fixed, and unanswered messages continue. The water heater was replaced a week ago and still have not been inspected. I have been told twice an inspector and the serviceman would be out and would I be home? I have waited at home twice all day. No one has called or showed up. The only response I have been getting is when I contact Benjamin Franklin. In these days of shrinking dollars and demands for quality service, I would wait before I would ever do business with this company again. I have better things to do than to sit at home all day waiting for unfilled promises. Again avoid them at all costs.

Great overall experience

Very fast service. Made contact around noon, and leak was fixed by 3:00.

The plumber came and quoted a price for the repair which I agreed to. We discussed the job and he assured me that he was 100% sure of the exact problem (his words). Halfway through the repair he races out of the house and says that he needs to run get a part for the repair. I didn't think anything of that at the time as every type of service person can run out of any number of stock items to do a job. An hour later, the plumber returns and informs me that it would now cost almost double the originally quoted price. He also magically went from 100% sure of the problem to almost half the time you find something that you didn't expect. How convenient. It was apparent to me that the plumber was trying to scam me. I have little doubt that I wasn't the first person that plumber had pulled his little scam on.

The plumber was rude, negative and very unpleasant.
