The plumber was excellent, highly professional and did great work, but it was the woman who answered the phone who sealed the deal. I did not go with two other companies because of how I was treated on the initial phone call.

The work great. Roy was great. The office was bad. Had scheduled 1st am time for a $1600 job & I took time off work and office sent him to other appt. 1st. A missed call should not do that. This put me 3 hours late. I was very upset so was roy. I fault his office they almost lost my business. When you commit a time you keep it. That was poor customer service!! Don B

On time, courteous, fair pricing.

I had an old water heater lying in the attic and a malfunctioning water heater installed in the attic. The guys removed both water tanks and then installed the tankless water heater. I felt a great relief to get the tankless water heater (even though it was expensive). It was comforting to know that some safety issues had been eradicated by getting rid of the old water heaters. Thank you.

High quality and same day service but expensive. I needed a tub/shower valve replaced. The installer pointed out that the old one was plastic and that he was going to install one that is brass.

Had to have a faucet installed by them, aND buy the faucet etc since already paying for service call. Installation of one faucet in kitchen cost over $550.00, since of course none of the universal parts I had bought were *compatible*

They will nickle and dime you to death. They charge to come out, they charge to look at the problem, they even charge you to cut holes in your walls. I am surprised they don't charge to talk to you.
