We ended up not being able to install the tankless heater because of the layout of our house. Replacing the gas pipeline would have been cost prohibitive, according to multiple estimates. He did flush our water heater and make a few adjustments so we can get better performance for now. I won't hesitate to call them for my next project.

Dave from Benjamin Franklin did the repair. He removed the old 2 piece toilet, I purchased a new one, and Dave came back a a later date, found a leak and repaired it and installed the new toilet. That was just a few days ago and so far all is well.

It took 4 service calls to get the new electric water heater functional and I hope it will pass the city inspection. It finally took the owner to come out and resolve the last problem of not getting power to the water heater. Ben Franklin Plumbing may be good at resolving plumbing problems but they are TOTALLY incompetent when it comes to installing an electric water heater! STAY AWAY !!! We were without hot water on 3 occasions, each outage was 24 + hours. They are over priced and do not have the trained staff to install an electric water heater. The owner made the last service call and did apologize for the problems but that is worth zero to my wife and to me. She was absolutely livid at being unable to take a shower, do laundry or run the dishwasher. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate my experience as a minus 10. I PAID A PREMIUM FOR WHAT WAS BILLED TO BE FIRST CLASS and I got nothing that even resembled average service. I will say again: STAY AWAY !!!

Very professional and on time. Did quality work. This was a full Jon requiring removal of all existing pipe. Original quote was 630, then went to,work, then came back and said more parts needed to place new pipe, total job $888. I paid it all and again good work but I feel like the quote at first should have represented all charges and costs.

James was the best I have ever had. He was on time. He has a great personality, did excellent work quickly. I would have him back if there is a need.

I chose this company based on their professionalism. They explained everything about the process and presented me with a detailed, professional quote. Some of the other companies provided simple quotes with just a total price, and hand written quotes. One company never did provide a written quote at all. Fred and Brandon were extremely helpful and addressed all my questions and concerns promptly and satisfactory. I will likely use this company for all plumbing projects in the future.

Very knowledgeable. We have broken pipe under our house. The person we talked to walked us through the entire process and answered all our questions.
