The work performed by Joshua P. was extremely good. He's a perfectionist, and the quality of his work shows it. He had an excellent helper, and even the company owner xFred came out to assist. They installed both a tankless water heater and softener system. 2 1/2 days work cleaned up after each day. IBoth my wife and I are extremely happy with the work, and I just found a new plumber and plumbing company. Thanks guys!

Great service, but way more expensive for the time it took.

Very efficient. Offered several options of service and costs. Very knowledgeable of the area of town regarding the water quality. Quickly identified the cause of water leaking under the flooring.

They were prompt in responding to us. The plumber was knowledgeable and personable, and did a good job working on our problem.

Excellent and on time. I opted for the free reservation system (instead of the $60 charge to get onto it). So instead of coming out the day I called, they came out the next day and called 30 minutes before arriving at an unspecified time. It worked for me as changing out the toilet seat was not an emergency and I am usually at home. I hired them again to conduct a pressure test on my lines to see if I have a water leak. I would hire them again.

They were basically overpriced in charging $275 for a 1 hour job. Would you pay that?

Learned so much from them in order to maintain our water heaters as well as other plumbing issues. Super nice guys. So glad we got them to help us out.
