The plumber brought a young man, a vet, who was hired by the company and was in training. That impressed me.

Paid extra for a service call on Saturday. 40 gallon water heater will be replaced on Monday. No hot water for two days. Price over $2800. They push their membership plan that you automatically pay online.

Brandon and Deandre were prompt, efficient and thorough. They provided an estimate and time to complete the repairs. The parts were available on the truck. The job was completed in a timely manner. A good job overall.

Brandon arrived on time and did a good job; perhaps a little expensive but a good job in an emergency.

THe only fault was that Benjamin Franklin ran the payments on my account as "Recurring" payments. Thus, it caused my bank account balance to become overdrawn. I hope that the water heater that was new and installed well is not a "recurring" monthly or quarterly job.

They are a good quality company. They do what needs to be done and get it done quickly. They are expensive, but really know what they are doing.

This is an excellent company and well run. Had both a tankless water heater and water softener installed at once and took Benjamin Franklin only 2 days to do it. Their work is very meticulous and didn't take any shortcuts--they have a "do it right" the first time mindset and it shows! They even swept up after themselves each night! We also had low water pressure and Kevin, another one of their plumbers came out and fixed that as well. These guys are experts, prices reasonable, show up when they promise. Fred the owner is also a good guy to work with. No more searching for plumbers--Benjamin Franklin's got our business!!
