Hold on to your wallet! The appointment was made for the next day. The tech was on time. The tech resolved the problem. But the prices will blow you mind! Shop around.

I was very pleased with the service, speed and knowledge of this company and service tech.. They had to replace the igniter switch. It was just a few minutes to fix and with the call out charge bill came to $169. Not too bad and while he was here, he gave a safety inspection for free. I am very pleased.

Did not want to climb our roof to check the vent pipe...but didn't want to enter the attic either. We found a cheaper way to take care of the issue that is just as effective that was not even offered. Plumber knew his stuff but was not a morning person. He also wanted 100 additional dollars for doing nothing other than climbing a ladder. When I issued the check I was called by someone who was just as rude who stated I had written the check wrong. I paid with a card. Never again.

The service tech was very thorough, and he did get the job done in a matter hours..The pricing I thought was a little high, I was thinking it would be 800-900 dollar job, it was 1300.00 and I was told the price up front, but it still hurt my wallet. I would still recommend them .

Great workmanship on water heater replacement. They did break the wood on the ledge of the water heater closet but it's a pretty tight fit and I had some things in the way. Only complaint and reason for 2.5 rating is that I think the cost was way too high. When you're in a bind, you just go with it but looking back I would get another bid.

Excellent work. It as a bit more costly than my budget for the repair, but I think I got better toilets than I expected.

Extremely expensive for the amount of time it took to perform the work. Had I not had a leak, I would have gotten bids.
