Service was prompt, courteous and excellent. Tech was patient & complied when I insisted on a certain brand of water heater control. Ownership seems to want excellence. Only complaint is higher cost for' installation only' than desired. Would hire again.

They were called in to fix a leaking connection to our RPZ valve. The receipt states "Replaced 8" of pvc pipe and male adapter to rpz". The charge for this was $316 which was on top of the $59 trip fee. We would never call them again as their prices are outrageous. The only reason we went with them is because we didn't want to cut off water to the house till we found another plumber.

I needed to get 2 under sink stop taps replaced, an old dishwasher disconnected and a blanking plug installed. My call was returned promptly, an appointment was set up. The plumber arrived on time, gave a quote which i accepted and the work was carried out there and then, in under 2 hours.
