They showed up slightly early very friendly, after we showed him the problem he gave us the cost to do the repair and finished In 30 minutes. Excellent company .

I before they repair something they had me to wave their liability before they would complete or repair the damage they already did. Gave me false information about their repair and installation.

Extremely professional person they sent out and did not try to gouge me with high prices.

John was very thorough and a very nice man. He diagnosed and fixed my water heater problem quickly. I enjoyed working with him and asked him to bid on a separate but big job. I hope they come in with a competitive price.

The service tech, JP, was very knowledgeable, forthright, and responsive to my requests for information and helped me make good decisions about what to repair and what didn't need repair after buying a new home in Cedar Park. Would recommend, and will hire again.

This company is very expensive and dishonest. I did not have hot water in second bathroom upstairs. The technician came and he said its probably cartridge, but he has to do diagnostic first and with trip fee $59 diagnostic $110 and repair i am going to pay around $580. I said i would like diagnostic only , evidently i can not afford to pay $580 to replace the cartridge ($30). After 1 hour of diagnostic he called me and he said that my bathroom had hot water at the begin with, but faucet was originally installed wrong: open hot water valve and cold water is running, open cold water/hot water is running. Evidently it took THE HOUR to find out that, specially after i said i will hired somebody else and diagnostic better be right or i want my money back. I am very upset with them. DO NOT TRUST THEM get second opinion ..or somebody honest.

the price to unclog a simple line is over priced.

I liked the service and promptness, however I was told the price to come out was one price and then it ended up being more. Don't feel like operator was upfront with costs of coming to the home. The service once here was good.

I took a shot and called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing at 2;30pm Saturday afternoon. The owner answered and told me he could get someone to my home in an hour and there was no additional charge for Saturday appointments. The plumber was upfront with the cost of each task I requested he complete. In addition, he found when doing the job, there there was a part I didn't need (I never would have known had he not mentioned it) and he deducted $189 from the estimate. His work was perfect, he was friendly, quick, and even swept the kitchen floor when done. My new faucet works great,

They showed up with in the first hour of our scheduled time slot. The work by the technician (Allen) was done in a timely manner and fixed the problem completely. The cost of the work was around what I was suspecting, so I feel their pricing was fair. I will be giving Benjamin Franklin a call next time I have a plumbing issue.
