Wonderful - timely and efficient. Clean carpet really made a difference.

We had them check to see if there were stains that needed to be treated. I had received an estimate on the phone prior to them coming out. After identifying yes we had stains, the cost jumped extremely high to treat but since he was already there and equipment unloaded I just went ahead with the recommended products. The cost though was about $600 more than I had planned for. That was disappointing.

I was hiring them to clean our carpets in our new house. We wanted it done prior to us moving in. They showed up on time and seemed very nice but my total to clean was way more than expected due to some previous pet accidents. We needed it cleaned that day though in order to keep on schedule so I paid it and got the service done but will never choose again because they charge way too much.

Tyler with Zerorez came out as scheduled and performed a fantastic job on my carpeting. It has never looked better. This company was extremely professional over the phone and Tyler was extremely professional the entire time he was in my home. He thoroughly explained everything to me. I did opt to pay extra for some stain removing agent which worked well. I have an area rug that I plan to send to Zerorez at some point in the near future and also plan to have my tile cleaned by this company. With this good service I also received 2 free tickets to Hawaiian Falls. Thank you Zerorez and thank you Tyler for a job well done!

I give them an A overall; they did a good job, good job all the way through. It took just one person to complete the service and it took probably about four hours. I'm a new homeowner so I never used a carpet cleaner before.

We were rather unhappy with them. We had them come back out and redo the carpet. It seemed like maybe the guy was new and didn't know how to work the equipment. He had to keep going to the truck on fixing the equipment. It was a weird policy they had that they wont send someone back out until after three weeks from original date of work. We will not be using them again. They have that name I think because they talk about zero residue. They didn't' do a very good job to start with and they didn't make it very easy to come back out, they acted like I was over reacting. There were some areas that they left sopping wet. Carpets aren't clean if the suction isn't there. I think it was a fair price, good price for what they provided. I can't remember they were here late, so I assume they were here on time. The guy that came out was nice and professional but the people in the office were not easy to work with. It was a hassle.

Dishonet. High-pressure sales tactics. These are the two terms that best describe my recent experience with Zerorez Dallas. We hired them to clean a sofa sectional and two area rugs. From the moment the technician arrived at our house he tried to sell additional services (carpets, counter tops, stain treatments, tile & grout, air ducts, etc.) and continued to do so during the entire visit (it got old quickly). I agreed to have them clean and seal our granite counter tops in the kitchen and bar area after he provided a demonstration on the small counter top in our ½ bath. His demo was impressive as he used a high pressure water system to clean the porous surface of the granite and he claimed that their proprietary sealant would dramatically reduce the appearance of smudges on the granite (an issue on the high-traffic kitchen counters). He finished all of his work while I worked in my office and then he departed. After he left, I reviewed our security camera footage (the camera covers the family room and kitchen) to put the sofa back in the right spot on the carpet. What I found was that he did not use the high-pressure water system used in the bathroom demo to clean the kitchen & bar countertops before “sealing” the countertops. He simply took a dry cloth and wiped down the surface (it took a total of 52 seconds and we have a large island and a lot of granite) and then spritzed their sealant on the granite and spread it around with another dry towel. I called Zerorez immediately and they said that they would send someone out the following Tuesday to review. The rep stopped by and we discussed what happened. He acknowledged that the technician was supposed to clean it properly before sealing the granite and he agreed to refund the money. After he left, an operations manager called and I discussed it with him and he agreed about the breach in procedure and agreed to the refund. He asked if I could send him the video tape, which I did. Two weeks passed and I did not hear from the company and did not receive a refund. I emailed the operations manager to get a status update. He called me and apologized for not getting back to me sooner. He said that he reviewed the video tape with his production people and that they felt that using the towel to prepare the counter top was an effective alternative to the high- pressure water system that the technician used in the demo and that they consider the service was delivered as promised. I was shocked to say the least. I asked him to explain why they would even have a high-pressure water cleaning system if simply wiping down the surface with a dry towel was just as effective and he couldn’t explain (because there is no explanation). He then offered to have the technician come back and clean/seal the countertops again but I refused as they tried to cheat me and were only caught because I had a security camera. They refused to refund my money so I contested the charge with my credit card company to which I am awaiting the final resolution. I called the franchisor (this is the local franchisee for the Dallas area) in Utah and they never returned my call. I would strongly suggest never using this company and instead find a locally owned & operated cleaning company.

ZeroRez did a real good job today for us! The initial phone call was tedious as she obviously read a "way too long" script. The tech was thorough and professional and our 14 year old carpets look good again. The tech did not try to sell me a bunch of other stuff. Thank you!

They were extremely thorough. He would see spots that I didn't see, keep going back over them and asking me, 'Does that look okay?' And I am like, 'Dude, I don't see anything there.'

I would probably not use them again. They ended up leaving some equipment behind. Two people came out.

On Tuesday, April 4, the Zerorez serviceman arrived at the beginning of my scheduled window of time. It took him 45 minutes to clean the carpets. After the 5 hour time frame that he gave me for the carpets to be dry, I checked areas that were still overly saturated with water. I called customer service and was told to give it 3 more hours and to call back by 6 if there was still a problem. I called back with my concerns that the carpet was still saturated in several areas. I did not want the carpet to mildew. I used several fans to try to aid the drying process. Also, as some of the areas dried, a few soiled areas re-appeared so I asked for some spot cleaning as well as examination of the areas that were over saturated. I was given a window of arrival time to be between 7:30 and 9:30 the next morning (April 6). No one showed up during that time. At 10:40 I had a phone message asking to reschedule my appointment. I called back to request service. I was told that the next available appointment would be Monday, which was six days from the original cleaning. I would be called Saturday with a window for arrival time. It doesn't seem to me that they are interested in checking the condition of my carpeting or completing the job to my satisfaction.

They did not use chemicals. I am going to contact them again for service this month. I liked them. They were professional, quick and thorough. They left the area clean.They did a good job.

I like them because they don't use chemicals. They just use steam and they do a really good job. They're very polite, they clean up everything and they put everything back where it was. You couldn't ask for anything better.
