Description of Work: Got out some decade old stains. Carpet smelled good after being clean.

Description of Work: I called Zerorez on Tuesday, September 4th and booked an appointment quickly and easily for the same week ( Thursday 9/6). The booking agent stated that the technicians would call me Wednesday to give me an approximate time window that the services would be provided and stated if the time frame quoted just let them know and they can work around my schedule. I received a call Wednesday (as promised ) and they stated they would be at my home between 1p-430p on Thursday (9/6). At 1230 Tim and Ceasar contacted me to tell me they would be there at 1pm. They arrived exactly at 1:00pm and were courteous, professional, and very efficient. They completed the work in less than 1 hour. Great work and I would easily recommend to others.

Description of Work: I called them to clean the carpets in my mom's house based upon frequent radio advertisements (3 rooms for $89 and receive $100 gift certificate to a jewelry store, guaranteeing pet stains will never come back). I also visited their website. This company is in violation of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act on many counts, primarily centering around false advertising. I guess the price would be ok (not change) if you had a new carpet that is mildly soiled and don't want any soap used - but because I had pet stains, the price quoted was instead over $450 additional to the $89, and said the stains would require many more $450 hydrogen peroxide treatments to keep them from coming back in the long run. $89 is a LIE. Pet stain guarantee is a LIE. At those prices, I will find a different method of cleaning that is not so expensive and requiring them to come out so many times to get pet stains out of the carpet. They were punctual to arrive and was courteous. I rated an F on price and not being professional in their advertising practices.
