I would recommend this company if you need to replace your windows at home. They are very professionals, from the first time when I got the quote, they were very careful on their recommendations and suggestions, not only beating the prices from other companies but also showing me that the estimates were not done for the total amount of windows in the house. When they came home to install the windows I was at the same time doing some work with the floors, so they did all the work from the outside and therefore there was no delay between contractors. At the end they never charge me a penny until all the windows were installed properly and no issues were reported back to them Thanks very much for your work Edgar & Sonja

I started using JJ's Window a couple of years ago based on a recommendation from our realtor and have been very pleased with the service. This latest call was for a double-pane window that had moisture between the panes. The technician came out to measure the window and write up the order. I told him that window pane had been replaced sometime since we moved in four years ago, but I couldn't remember if it had been replaced by JJ's or someone else we had used before we started using JJ's. After writing the order, he informed me the work was covered under their warranty and there would be no charge. He said someone from the office would call to schedule the replacement. I got a call from the office the next day, and the replacement was done a couple of days later, as scheduled.

The window was removed, taken to the shop for repairs and replaced within a couple of days. I will definetely contact them for any future repairs.

JJ's replaced two double glazed windows that had been broken by projectiles. I had obtained bid/estimates for the work and JJ"s was by far the most competitive. They came out and measured the windows on schedule and after I committed to the work they came when they said they would and did the work professionally, all from outside the house. They cleaned up what little debris there was and left. All in all, a very efficient and capable service. I watched the fellow do his work and he sure seemed to know exactly what he was doing. I would recommend them, certainly, for any aluminum framed double glazed windows that need replacement.

He had to use a torch. And the awful burnt smell filled the entire house.Regardless, the window replacement went great.And it only took like 10-15 minutes.

Great company! J&J Windows was recommended to us by an home inspector, so we contacted them to get an estimate for glass replacement and the adjustment of windows (misalignment and bag springs). They sent out a person for the estimates quickly and provided reasonable quotes. We then scheduled to have them adjust several windows. Jerry Evans arrived on time, fixed the windows quickly and was very courteous and professional (even wore shoe covers!). They, actually, also went an extra mile for us. By mistake, I had missed one window that needed to be adjusted. I called the office the same day and explained the situation and the urgency (upcoming house closing). They then made extra effort to accommodate us for the next day. Jerry once again came out to the house on time and performed the repair quickly. Their prices for replacing fogged windows appear to be very good, too, and we are planning to call them back for that. We like that they are organized (quotes/estimates were provided on an invoice with a code, so when we decided to proceed with the repair, the office quickly located the details over the phone), professional, and prompt. Explained in detail what needed to be done and offered alternatives and suggestions. Price was better than others.

The work was completed in one day, amazing.

Arranged for an estimate 8/31/11. Estimator was prompt for his appointment, gave me what I think was a very reasonable estimate, and work was scheduled for 9/8/11 when I had a day off. Again, workers were prompt and replaced all 4 window panes quite quickly. I have quite a few clouded panes and really had no idea it was so easy to replace them. I may replace more of the clouded windows next year and would definitely hire this company again. This company was recommended to me by a company that cleaned my windows: Nothing But Clean Window Cleaning - another good company.

Service was awesome. They called to setup the appointment, confirmed the appointment the day before they came out and showed up on time. They were fast, clean and professional. Great job by JJ's Window Service.

Company sent someone out to measure within 3-4 days of my initial call. Gave me estimate of $75 to replace cracked window. I told them to go ahead and order the window and they said would call me when it was in & set up appt to install. Got call in about 2 weeks and they came out same week and put in window. This was a very small job and they did it for a for a fair price. Quality of work was fine. Would use again.

JJ's Window Service gave us a quote before the project. They did a good job. The main reason I used them is because they would replace the glass instead of the entire window.

I called JJs to replace 3 windows. The company sent out someone within a few days to measure the windows. I was overall happy with the price and scheduled the install. However when I mentioned I also wanted the bottom half of a window replaced due to fogging and that I did not see the measurements on the estimate, I was treated as a bother. The customer service rep said he would have someone come to the house to take measurements and I was rushed off the phone. The following day I called to ask another question about glass types for one of the windows and again the rep was rude and treated me as if I was bothering him. The call bothered me so much I called back within 5 minutes and cancelled the install. While the price was fair, I would rather pay more to a company that respects its customers and treats them well.

They couldn't do the job but they referred me to a company that could. They were professional during out interaction.

It took several visits, but they got the work done and relatively quickly.

Their quote was lower than the other quotes that I had received. Their person showed up a bit later than was promised, but was not an issue as he could replace the glass on all 3 windows from outside the house. Good job overall, haven't found any issues yet.

The entire experience went very well including communication with the office staff. I even received a card in the mail thanking me for choosing to do business with them.

I called them one day and they came out next day to give me estimate. The amount was less than expected so we set up time two days later to fix glass. They were very professional, completed the work in less than 30 minutes and I received my credit card receipt and 10-year warranty in the mail 2 days later.

UNFORTUNATELY, THE SECOND HIRING OF THIS COMPANY WAS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. MY HUSBAND APPARENTLY WAS VERY GRUMPY WITH THE CONTRACT GLAZERS HIRED BY THIS COMPANY. THEY, IN TURN, CLEANED THEIR TRUCK BED OF ALL CRUSHED, AND BROKEN GLASS ONTO OUR DRIVEWAY, BEHIND OUR PARKED CARS, AND WHERE CHILDREN WALK. J.J.'S OFFERED TO COME CLEAN IT UP SEVERAL DAYS LATER. I WOULD HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN IF THIS CREW CAME NOWHERE NEAR MY HOME.

TERRIFIC COMPANY! ON TIME, WORK DONE WELL, AND THE PRICE WAS UNBEATABLE. WILL DEFINITELY USE AGAIN. OFFICE PERSONNEL WERE VERY POLITE.

ALTHOUGH THEY MADE SOME ERRORS AND DIDN'T HAVE ALL OF THE RIGHT WINDOWS ON THE FIRST TRIP, THEY QUICKLY CORRECTED THE ORDER AND PROMPTLY MADE THE INSTALLATIONS A FEW DAYS LATER. IF THEY HAD FINISHED THE JOB IN ONE DAY, THEY WOULD HAVE RECEIVED ALL A'S FROM ME. THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH, FRIENDLY, POLITE AND ACCOMMODATING. THE NEW WINDOWS LOOK GREAT AND COME WITH A 5 YEAR WARRANTY.
