They did a great job. Michael was very professional and knowledgeable. They initially came out for a coupon for a sprinkler inspection and we ended up getting over half the heads replaced, some raised up, and a few moved for better coverage. We ended up getting a quote for a foundation drip installation and a garden drip line. We decided to do this at a later date and they came out and finished it up in one day. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend them.

The job was done quickly and thoroughly. The technician took time to explain what he was doing and how much it was going to cost and why the repair was needed. I was impressed with the teamwork exhibited by the two gentlemen doing the work and their willingness to explain everything to my satisfaction. I have used Andy's previously, and have always been happy with the results. They might be a little more expensive than some other irrigation companies, but you get good value for your money. They have all the parts and tools necessary to do the job when they arrive on-site, which certainly saves money and time over some other companies I have used in the past. I will definitely use Andy's again and recommend them to my friends.

Excellent service. Bob and his helper arrived early (they called first to see if it was OK to come early). The replaced the broken fitting and installed the new valve. Once water was 'turned on' they checked a 12 circuits -- clean and adjusted the spray heads as required. You can't even tell where they dug around the valve. Just a GREAT job. I'll use them again. Also used the Angies List $10.00 off coupon -- saved a little money.

I found them on Angie's list. They were prompt and professional. They did a good job. They were reasonably priced and knowledgeable.

My basement is dry now. It was a big and fairly expensive job and they did it just like they said they would do. I would use them tomorrow.

I have been going to him for fifteen years or so. I really like him and he does a great job. He was actually my neighbor. He takes his time with you, very meticulous, explains everything and tries different things without charging you for it. I just go right in there and he says to try this and it might be new different contacts or lenses. He is very truly concerned about making you comfortable. Every time I have called I get appointment when I want to. The office environment is nice, clean and everybody there is friendly. He takes me in right on time and that’s what I like about him because being a working person if they tell me a time I can get back to work. His bedside manner is awesome. He is very meticulous, explains everything and is very nice.

They did an excellent job...This was the second time I have used them. The individual who did the job, Brett McConnaughy, was very patient with all my questions, which he answered very concisely. At no time did I get the feeling he was in a hurry to leave and get to his next appointment. I will request him again the next time i have a problem. He is definitely a strong representative for his company.

The only reason for not giving straight A's is they did not offer a quote, but went ahead with the repair and gave me the invoice. The option to repair them myself would have been appreciated.

It went very well. I felt the cost for the repair was a litle high, but I felt trapped since I paid so low on the Angie's Deal.

I had been having some water runoff that I believed was due to a leaking sprinkler valve. Andy's found it was not caused by the sprinklers and could possibly be a leak under the slab. That's exactly what it turned out to be. The technician checked out my system, made some recommendations, changed some sprinkler heads and aiming, and generally improved the efficiency. Very knowledgeable. The price was $95 per hour + parts, minus a $10 Angie's coupon. It came to $291.21. Andy's was good, but I thought they were a little bit pricey. On the other hand, I'm grateful they were able to completely rule out a sprinkler leak and correctly point me to the slab leak.

I was having significant issues with my original contractor and came to the conclusion that if I wanted my yard drainage to work properly and my irrigation system to be installed properly, I had to go to someone else. I called Andy's Sprinkler and Drainage and Josh promptly set up a time to come to my home and talk through everything. He was an absolute professional, explaining everything in detail, answering all my questions, and I immediately sensed his sincerity. The best part was that throughout their execution, they proved that they did truly care and wanted me to be 100% satisfied. They were there when they said they would be. They kept everything neat and in order. They cleaned up everything extremely well at the end of each day. They were very courteous. Josh was available when I needed him and always on top of the project making sure it was to my satisfaction. I originally called them to work my drainage and irrigation. As I observed their professionalism and great work, I continued to ask them if they could take care of other areas I needed to complete my overall project. They came through in all those "additional" areas with the same quality and care (this included soil and sand work, laying sod, landscape lighting, flagstone and decomposed granite, and stone work). I know I have some additional work I will want to have done (I just didn't have the budget to do at the time) and I will definitely be contacting Andy's when the time comes!

I bought a $49.00 deal from this company. I sent an e-mail to schedule an appointment on January 21, and requested the work be done on January 24, 25, or 26th. I never heard anything back from this company. I would like a refund please for the $49.00. This deal expires on January 29th,

We heard about Andy's from Angie's List. They were extremely polite and knowledgeable on the phone and in person. All of the work was completed on time and on budget. The serviceman who came to our house on several occasions, Brett, was fantastic. Very easy to get along with and very knowledgeable about what needed to be repaired vs. replaced. Great company. Will use every time when needed.

The guy was very nice and personable, but the prices were a little higher than what we wanted to do. We ended up not doing the project. Their customer service was fine.

They showed up on time with a larger-than-expected crew (five vs. three plus supervisor), finished the job in about the time estimated (same day), and honored the original estimate based on a crew of three. After the final bill was calculated a minor coverage problem was noted; this was corrected promptly with the addition of a sprinkler head to fill the gap at no additional charge. All of the changes were explained to our satisfaction, and the full system was tested as we watched. The work area was cleaned up, and the sod removed to repair underground pipes was replaced carefully. Overall, a very good experience.

They are good. They didn’t charge me the second time they were here. There was a leak in the outside of the fence at the back that nobody knew about it except for my neighbors could see it. I would recommend them.

Water was leaking out from the main sprinkler box near the sidewalk in our front yard. I called Andy's and they scheduled an appointment for the next morning. The next morning, I received a call from Matt saying they were on their way. They arrived promptly, and Matt explained that they would need to dig in order to determine where the leak was. He and his helper were able to locate the problem and repair the leak. Matt did a terrific job of keeping me apprised of what was going on and showed me the leak both before and after the repair. After repairing the leak, they tested the system and replaced one sprinkler head and a couple of nozzles. Matt reset the controller and explained (in detail) its operation. Despite the fact that the temperature outside was below freezing, both individuals maintained a very courteous and friendly attitude. I will definitely use them again and would be happy to refer them to others.
