Overall experience went very well. I had expected them to adjust several sprinkler head that I thought were low. It did not happen.

I was disappointed in the options but they were honest.

As planned. Tune up was priced well, the additional work identified pricey.

These guys were great. One of the zones in our system had been broken for over a year, thanks to my husband and a shovel. We had tried to fix it ourselves to no avail, and we were convinced that it might be an expensive fix. These guys had it finished, plus more, in about 15 minutes. It's worked perfectly ever since!

I was not happy with the overall experience. They came and looked at everything and provided an expensive quote for replacing most of the sprinkler heads and valves. They did not provide any tune-up service. I think the purpose of providing this coupon is so that they can get business (which I understand to some extent) rather than doing any tune-up work.

The workers arrived within the scheduled window, including phone calls to confirm the time and place. They quickly isolated the problems and made the required repairs. They tested all zones of the system and found several minor issues. They described the issues in detail and gave me options to choose from.

Good service - they called ahead of time, came on time, and knew how to make the repairs. They cleaned up the area after making the repairs, and explained their work clearly. I only wish it had been less expensive. I didn't price compare, so I'm not saying they charged more than others would have charged. It was just more expensive than I thought it would be.

It went exactly as expected - very happy with rain and freeze sensor.

Andy's called about 15 minutes before their scheduled arrival to let me know they were on their way. Two workers arrived. They were prompt, polite & professional. I told them about the problems I was aware of, & asked them to check the entire system because we had had workers on the outside of the house (had broken off a riser below the ground). They were here about 2 hours & did a great job. In the area that had to be dug up, they cleaned it up when finished & put the sod back in place.

They were very knowledgeable and efficient. Appreciated their punctuality and thorough inspection of our sprinkler system. Would definitely use them again.

I felt the service was good; But felt they were expensive. I would steer away from them unless i have a huge irrigation issue.

This was an area that had never drained well. The problem was made a little worse when we had another landscape company redo the back yard right after we moved in. They had done a beautiful job on the landscaping and also installed a dry river bed which had an underground drain to the side of the yard. The problem was that nothing took the water from the side of the yard to anyplace else. Josh came out, evaluated the area, and gave us a quote. He came back out to meet with me and explain his proposal so that I could understand it. I was so impressed that I also asked if they could lay landscape stone in an area where I had just built a fence to hide my trash cans (I was having trouble finding the time to get to it). Josh gave me a very fair estimate on that as well. I also had them install a rain sensor & shut of device on our sprinkler system. The crew showed up on time and worked extremely hard. The job took a little longer than they had estimated so they had to come back the next day. They did a wonderful job! Everything was cleaned up afterward & the area now drains like a charm. I was really impressed with the way they laid the landscape stone as well. I would use them again & highly recommend them.

The tune-up service provided met my expectations and the service guy was pleasant and on time.

Did not go that well. after identifying several heads that needed to be corrected and quoting the on site repair cost we went ahead with the repairs I asked what value the "Deal" was adding vs. if I had just called and asked for a repair the team responded it would have been the same They worked on the rain/freeze sensor but never got it working - it was now an issue with the controller ? I had asked for a quote to add some heads in a slope area. They only responded with a quote ($3000) to add drip to the flower beds Overall even with the one time large team positives I would recommend them for further work

I am very happy with them. They do a great job. There is usually two guys that come out. They are very professional and efficient. I have been very pleased with them.

Josh and Danny and their teams are top notch. Josh spent a lot of time with us on our needs and requirements. Josh was fantastic at coordinating with several other contractors that were doing work at the same time and often in the same part of our property. Josh and Danny were here several times a day (over two weeks) to check on progress, inspect in what their teams were doing and the quality of the work. The entire team went above and beyond. We tool several estimates, and while Andy's was higher, we felt extremely comfortable and confident with Josh. It was a fantastic experience and the quality is top notch. It went very well and they replaced the grass very well after the work. Very professional and quick.

They did a very good job. They put everything where it was supposed to be. They also did some extra things that I needed done. I was very surprised by the work. The work was done efficiently and a timely manor.

David and his assistant were excellent. They knew exactly what to do and they did it within an hour. Yes, I would recommend this company and hire them again if needed.

On the inspection they advised us if we didn't want to just replace the whole system, which areas could be upgraded or adjusted to benefit the system the most. Also did a great job repairing the worst of the problems. They did not hard sell us to drive up the price. All the work and advice we got was top notch. On the day I came home to the massing leak, I called them. A VERY patient person on the phone guided me thru shutting off the water valve, which was under a foot or so of muddy water. I would never have known how to do that. At least I could stop the water while the truck was on the way. Again, they did a great job with the repair and gave more advice for this sad system. We did not replace the system and since have more out of that house, but at least we didn't have any more major problems.

Called on Tuesday afternoon and they were available the next day between 3-5pm. I booked and got a call on Wednesday at 245 that they were around the corner. Showed up at 3. Awesome They had the two men Bob and Sergio, the full truck with supplies. They did their assessment and walked me thru what was wrong. They found no leaks but found a few damaged popups and a few that needed to be taller. They completed the work in under an hour and were gone. Overall A+ experience and nice efficient staff.

It went very well. We’ve had them back a couple of times. Every time they’ve done good work for us and try to save us money when they do something big.

They suggested relocating sprinkler heads when we explained the watering results of the present locations. They ran the irrigation system and then evaluated the watering pattern. After completing the evaluation a very reasonable estimate.
