Minor problems were resolved during the process.

They worked well with me and left the area clear to my standards every day. It was built over the weekend and they did not leave the area where it was a problem to any one in my family or even my pets.

Everyone was very friendly and easy to work with. My only surprise, so to speak, is that painting was not a part of the process. I made the assumption that the finished product (patio cover) would consist of the trim work, support posts and ceiling would be painted--not the case and was not an additional option offered. Need to do it yourself or hire someone else to do it.

Mac and Brandon did a wonderful job in just over 2 days, the deck is huge and came out wonderful, just like my design, he even did the bridge how I wanted it...and turned out even better than i could imagine..We had it made with Tigerwood, it comes out alot dker and orange after staining, but I got use to it...its beautiful!

I worked w/ Norman - he provided exceptional service and was there throughout the process of building my home project - patio deck w/arbor. His team finished the deck w/in 2 days. All finishing work was done immediately. My wife and my kids are extremely pleased w/ the work. My friends and neighbors have been asking who built my deck. I am very pleased to recommend this builder to anyone looking to build their next home project.
