Description of Work: Replace the windows (7) with a sliding glass door to my home. The Soft-Lite windows are a solid very good window. Very happy with the product. Zen was very helpful during the install process and everything fits and looks the way I wanted.

Description of Work: Zen installed 4 double hung windows that were one of the "big deals" from Angies List. dealing with them was so easy, installation was a breeze. The guys were professional, friendly, cleaned up and were gone in a couple hours. The windows look and work great!

Description of Work: No pressure sales! Good product and installation. We were not happy with kitchen window size and sliding door profile, and both issues were handled promptly and with no fuss. We love our 13 new windows and sliding door! The terms were great, no cash until the job was done to our satisfaction and great windows and installation. We recommend Zen Windows highly.

Description of Work: Zen did a fantastic job on the windows. We had 11 windows replaced and everything went smooth. Meghan is great to work with on all of the pre and post sales aspects. Their 2 man crew is the most efficient and professional team that we have every seen. Great job measuring, ordering, tearing out, installing, and cleaning up. Couldn't ask for more. We had one window develop a crack (factory issue), and Dan got a new sash ordered and replaced ASAP. I highly recommend the team, and we plan on using them for our next job.

Description of Work: We replaced 9 windows. There was a slight hiccup and only two of the windows fit the first time. There was a problem with the original order and the factory didnt read the measurement correctly. The installer ended up eating the cost of those which I felt was a little unfair. Thought the factory should have verified the sizes if the handwriting wasn't clear. But the installer should have checked the size before they came out to house. This caused a delay in the rest of the windows and they had already pulled them out. Thankfully they were able to use the storm windows. I was happy with how it everything was resolved though and I don't hold it against them. Mistakes get made because we are all human. The caulking was a little thick on some of the windows. I think they were training a new guy. All in all I was very happy with the service and the windows. And the price!

Description of Work: I had Zen Windows replace 8 large windows and a door (with blinds inside the window). They did a very good job, and we love the new windows. The work was done as requested, and timely. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, or to recommend them to anyone needing windows. We are very pleased.

Description of Work: They replaced all the windows. Dan was extremely accessible and went the extra mile to please us. They was a few complications with a few windows and they were thorough in resolving the problem. I love my windows and would highly recommend them. It was nice to have good old fashion, personal service.
