Excellent service. Great attention to detail. Very thorough, high quality work. Probably costs a little more than other maid services but worth every penny. Mr. De Leon is very professional and runs a first-class operation. I'd recommend Xtra Maid LLC to anyone.

They have been cleaning my house since January and they have been superb. The people they send are always nice and a pleasure to work with. They are punctual and arrive when they promise. They did a deep cleaning first and they did a great job. They have always done a fabulous job and I would highly recommend them. I will definitely continue to use them.

We have a Texas-sized house and we thought we had kept the house pretty clean. The cleaning crew of 4 worked tirelessly all day and did an amazing job. The entire house is shiny and bright - we're now afraid of making the house dirty again :) We're planning to have them come back on a regular basis.

We enjoyed Xtra Maid's efforts over a number of years. They consistently cleaned the house, being very good about dusting areas that don't typically get a lot of attention.

Two ladies showed up at 9:00. None of the ladies spoke English, which proofed difficult for me in relating cleaning needs. Fortunately my husband was home, he speaks some Spanish. I did show the two ladies the house. They did use cleaning materials that have a very good clean smell, for a little while. The counter tops of my kitchen were cleaned and the floor, but no wiping of cabinet doors. The garbage can was emptied but not taken to trash can outside, same for Study. Table tops were cleaned. In the dining, they dusted and cleaned the table surface. For the living area I helped to remove some small rugs, they cleaned the wood floor, using our cleaning products. Instead of using a brush for removal of dirt, they vacuumed, omitting some small areas (under the chairs) which I pointed out , so it was done as well. However, the highly shiny floor shows spots. They did clean two bathrooms and floor of our Study (same high gloss floor) with spots as well. M/B was dusted and vacuumed. The hallway tile, steps toward the garage were not cleaned, neither the upstairs of the house. Time was over. I usually have a Lady coming once a week charging 125$, cleaning the entire house, I do value her now much more. I did appreciate today's service but found it to be mediocre.

Olivia & Maria, whom I requested, arrived on time for 3 hours & did a fabulous job as usual. They vacuumed all carpets on my entire 2nd floor & mopped the wood & tile in the kitchen, dinette, bathroom, dining & living rooms. They dusted, wiped down & polished, where needed, all furniture, cabinets, counters, stainless appliances (& other) & glass.

I have used Xtra Maids for a few years. They have consistently done a very good job cleaning my home at a reasonable price. They are punctual, and the very few times they arrived later then expected I received a call explaining the situation. I was impressed with the women who cleaned, and they always accommodated my requests. We are moving from Austin, and that is the only reason I will no longer be using them. If we were staying here, I would happily continue to use Xtra Maids

One worker came on time. She worked very hard, but a few things were missed. When I let Gabriel know, he sent her back with additional instructions. He was very responsive to my concerns.

On time. Professional. Good work - we generally get a team of two. They bring all the supplies and equipment. Price is very reasonable for the work. We have not used anyone else!!

Excellent, as always! The cleaners are always punctual and truly take pride in doing a thorough job. I wasn't able to snag a coupon this time around, but still worth every penny. Gabriel (from the office) is easy to work with and extremely responsive via emai.

The two maids arrived promptly and set to work. They efficiently cleaned bathrooms, vacuumed floors, dusted window blinds, and cleaned the kitchen. The maids were glad to help with some small extra jobs such as applying leather cream to the sofas and polishing cream to the granite counter tops. I would hire them again.

Gabriel was very responsive to getting us an estimate and time set up for our home cleaning. 2 cleaners showed up on time, and gave the house a thorough cleaning. They spent a good amount of time taking care of all the items we requested.

Both ladies were great. Gabriel was a wonderful contact to get everything coordinated.

I am very pleased with this company, Gabriel was quick to respond to my initial call and was able to schedule an appointment for me the very next Saturday morning. I needed a good overall cleaning, (not a deep clean). The two women who came out arrived right on time and immediately went to work - vacuuming, dusting furniture & blinds, washing floors, etc. I pointed out that the toilet in the guest bathroom was ringed badly with hard water stains and asked if they could get that out. They did a fantastic job - no ring whatsoever was left! They were focused and wasted no time, and the price was right. After they left, I discovered they had cleaned the oven, microwave and toaster oven, and collected and removed any trash in waste baskets. My family came to visit the following week, and even they commented on how clean and dust-free everything was. I have highly recommended Xtra Maid to my friends, and I will definitely use their services in the future. Thanks, Gabriel!

First of all scheduling was a breeze. All communication went through Angie’s List and I was able to book Saturday morning on the Wednesday before. I thought I wanted 6 hrs, but Gabriel explained that wasn’t enough time. I conceded because both prices were reasonable... the “entire house” meant the cleaners would work until it was done and honestly that’s what I needed. Two cleaners arrived at 8am initially and a third a bit later. There was a bit of a language barrier (Spanish and English), but that was only an issue because I had an out of town guest still snoozing in the guest room, my husband was using the master shower, and my son and I were unloading the dishwasher in the kitchen. So now you know we didn’t finish cleaning for the cleaners.... Once they knew what would have to wait they hopped in. The only thing they asked of me was one trash bag. My house is sparkling. I discovered the dust my mom had been sneezing over (I always forget the air vents and never dust above shoulder height...). I will definitely be using them again; probably every 3-4 weeks. Now that I’ve had a clean by Xtra Maid, I can’t go back! -Nikkie

The crew showed up right on time, thoroughly cleaned all rooms of the house, and did a fantastic job! I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again the next time I need a reliable housecleaning service.

The care giver at the house was afraid to have strangers in the house. The maid service was very understanding. I had to cancel due to the care giver. I would use them again in the future. They are very nice and on time. The price quoted was very good.

The 2 ladies came for 3 hours each & did a marvelous job. I will definitely ask for them again.

I was on a very short timetable and wound up rescheduling on short notice. Gabriel was very patient and kind and accommodated me. The work was excellent - these ladies showed up, got right to it and even though my house wasn't empty, as it was supposed to be for a make-ready, they took it in stride and even cleaned things I told them they didn't have to. They did a very thorough and professional job. I'm extremely happy with my experience and they deserve all the great ratings they have. And now they have one more :)

I can't begin to describe the state of our house. I'll just say I knew cleaning it was going to be a big job so I bought the Deep Clean offer and am so glad I did. It was worth every penny. They did an amazing job. I could not be happier and will be arranging regular cleaning service with Xtra Maid.
