Vickie seemed unfriendly at first on the phone and said she could squeeze an appointment in, but our opinion quickly changed when we met her. She was very professional, friendly, and gave good design suggestions for our taste. Our budget was not large and she gave us great alternatives and even less expensive options than what we eventually chose. After she e-mailed the estimate, we approved it and then she order them. The white ones came within a week and the stained ones in two weeks. She had the white ones installed as soon as they came in, and then later she had the others installed when they arrived. The installation is done by her father or nephew. Everyone was very clean and professional. Vickie has great prices compared to other stores and even Costco. We chose Graber brand name, and she guarantees the work for life. Punctuality was excellent besides a small mis-communication about her initial arrival time

We had contacted a number of companies who wanted to sell us shutters and blinds for our new home. Some wanted as much as $10,000.00 which was well outside our budget. Most would make an estimate and not provide any alternatives. Vicki worked with us to get the estimate within our budget and then made certain the shutters and blinds were installed before we moved in. She also makes sure that there is service after the sale and that we have really appreciated.
