Description of Work: I use Cindy's housecleaning for over a year 2x A month. They do the same excellent job every single time without fail. Cindy is easy to talk to, I have never met her, but she and her team come to my house every other week. You can trust her she is the best. My house us a condo 1500 square feet.

Description of Work: I looked on Angie's List to find a reputable housecleaner for my disabled friend. He has a one bedroom-one bath apartment. I called the number listed and told the person on the line what I was looking for. SWhe said she could do the cleaning on a Monday afternoon schedule. She then said that she was on a cell phone while driving and she would call me back to confirm. She did not call back after several days, so I again called her number, left a message with three different phone numbers where she could call me. She never returned my call at any of the numbers, and didn't show up to clean my friend's apartment either. I would at least have liked a call back to cancel or tell me she changed her mind! Very disappointed. They do not deserve the high rating on the list.

+ -1 moreThey cleaned my 2800 sq ft house from top to bottom and made it sparkle. I went through three maid services before I found Tuly's. I don't mind paying for cleaning services but if I do I want my money's worth. I never felt that I had that before I hired Tuly's. Communication is easy as they speak fluent english. The price was comparable to other services in my area for my size home, and they do more than the other services without charging for extra items like cleaning baseboard or fans, etc. We are very picky about the cleanliness of our home and Tuly's exceeded our expectations. Thank you Tuly's!!
Description of Work: Vacuum, dust, load dishwasher, mop, clean all cabinets, vaccum furniture, polish all wood, clean mirrors, rugs, shower, bath, toilets, change sheets on beds, clean inside of microwave, etc. etc.

Description of Work: Cindy cleans my house every other week. She usually has a 2nd person, a family member, to help. They dust, vacuum, mop, clean the bathrooms, lift all my cushions and vaccum the furniture, clean the fireplaces, empty all the trash, etc. Cindy is cheerful and cooperative.

I got exactly what I asked for, but the services were performed better than expected. Well worth every dollar. I'll call Tuly again.

They were always courteous on the phone and in person. The end result was amazing and sparkly! I'm looking forward to using their services every other week!
Description of Work: Deep cleaning of small kitchen and two full bathrooms which included cleaning out fridge, freezer, stove/oven, floors, tubs, sinks. I have a 1100 square foot house and had them just clean these 3 rooms/areas. It took 3 hours.

In the end, however, you the client get to decide exactly how you want the house cleaned. Tuly's Cleaning has been our regular weekly cleaning service for one and a half months and we have been very satisfied with their work!
