They are very prompt. They give us a window of time and they always arrive within the time frame they give us. They are always very cheerful and ready to work when they arrive. I will continue to do work with them.

I like them I have had another service before and the quality went down so I switched to The Maids. They leave each persons name for a specific duty that was done, so that way, they are accountable for their work they did.

They are really good. They have always been punctual and if they run into a problem they will contact you. If you run into a problem, they will make sure to contact you right away.

I love The Maids & will use them whenever my budget allows. The house is always clean & fresh smelling without that overpowering chemical smell. They're very thorough and will get as detailed as I want.

We receive acceptable service. Anything special is extra, but the service suits our needs as we travel frequently and they accommodate our schedule.

We've been using The Maids for quite a few years now, and they never fail to do a thorough, professional job. While hardly any of the ladies (and they send an ENTIRE TEAM to your home, so it only takes 2 hours or so) speak English well, someone on the team always does so its OK. The ladies are always very pleasant and smile, and they make sure our 3 large dogs and various cats don't wander outside. The company is responsive when we call and request an "emergency" and while they are busy, they generally aren't too busy that they can't come in a day or two. The Maids are honest, and we have never had a problem worrying about theft. They also tend to send the same crew to our home each time. We have a large family and the house gets dirty pretty quickly. When they get done, you can hardly tell we have 4 young college-age adults! Highly recommended.

I felt that they did a good job. However, the cost exceed the estimate by about $50.00.

We have used the company twice before and will continue to on occasion, for interior house cleaning when we need it, that is, when we are expecting house guests. The first time we got service it was really really clean. Second and third time, not quite so much. They charge by time so it's really a matter of how much you want them to do, We have them scheduled to come before mom comes for a couple of weeks and this time we'll emphasize, really really clean please, take the time you need. They are always punctual, in fact 2 out of 3 times they have come a half hour early, I think to get the job done so they can move on to the next job and maximize their earnings. So I plan for that now. The standard cleaning job is thorough. If you've got really old bathroom tile or tile floor don't expect a deep down sparkly clean in those areas unless you emphasize that. On general, if you want something other than a standard house interior cleaning, you need to contract for that in particular. Such as, I inquired about cleaning the garage and the couldn't just add it on to the job -- it turned into some special contracted service that would require talking to more people and getting special estimate .... and probably expensive job if that, so I dropped the matter. The appointment makers are generally very good at making sure you know what type of service you are getting in advance, except I expected from the promotion information as well as the appointment makers that I would be able to get the windows cleaned -- which of course means, inside and outside or its not doing the job. I was surprised that the standard crew wouldn't do that on arrival. The reason seemed to me that it reuqired getting up on a stool, even if you have a really low rise ranch house and physically can reach the top of the windows. Whatever. I don't like giving keys to others so when they come I make arrangements to be in the house and I spend the time cleaning the outside parts - patio sweeping, windows, etc. That is also good because there are things you think of to mention or that they might ask you, for clarification. So far the teams have been non-english speaking except for the team lead, and on one occasion I wasnt' absolutely sure I was being understood even by the team lead, but communication was adequate. They are always extremely respectful, quiet, and focused. In conclusion, although I don't feel the cleaning is in some areas as squeaky as I would like, the price for getting my whole house clean and presentable for $250 in a couple of hours, something a frankly don't have tme to really do unless I take time off from work, which doesn't make sense of course. So, when we need it, the service is absolutely worth it.

They provide great service. They charge us when they come every two weeks. Everything about them is excellent.

I am very pleased with their services. It's just a tad pricey but in our situation, well worth it. Somewhere in the cost/benefit analysis that everyone does to justify paying someone for a service you could do yourself, you have to consider the amount of time YOU would be doing the job and how much your time is worth. Money well, well spent. I am very happy.

They were professional, punctual and responsive. The way they made my bed was quite bizarre. Only one person in the crew spoke English and their pricing was very expensive. I was pretty happy with their service.

Every time they came they were good. We would use them again in future.

Very good experience, in home estimate, monthly service, on time every time, quick and complete, professional and friendly, always had someone who spoke english and everyone had a smile no matter what language they spoke. No contract was required, and when I had to stop the service they didn't quibble just thanked me for my business and asked that I think of them if ever I need the service in the future.

They are wonderful. They vacuum thoroughly, and they do everything that I ask. They are very pleasant, and I have been very happy with them.

I have been happy with them overall. They do the work quickly and my home is smaller so it is easy for them to get the work done in under an hour. The rate seems high for the work they do, as I do pick up everything before they get here, and there is little for them to dust around and they do not have to make the bed. I will continue to use them until I find someone else who can do the work for less.

I have been very pleased with their work. They leave a postcard when they leave, if there are any concerns about anything I can call and they correct it immediately. I have always been very confident that they will take care of anything I need. They are excellent and they are always able to accommodate any special requests that I make. They are careful to do anything I ask and their prices seem to be quite reasonable. They are very conscientious with my time, they call me immediately if I have expressed any minor concerns, they seem able to relax and enjoy one another, which is a plus. I have been extremely happy with them. I have given their services as a gift on two occasions.

We have been very pleased with them. We have had the same crew consistently, which is very good for us. When we have specific requests they are able to accommodate us, and they know what we like now and are able to do it each time. My dogs like having the same crew as well, and we appreciate that they call the day before to remind us that they are coming, and let us know what time. They are also very responsive and come back out immediately in the event that we are ever unhappy. We never have to go out of our way, and we like the fact that they are bonded and insured as well. We have been very happy with them.

Everything has gone well. They are very dependable, and their organization is very professional. They provide consist quality, and I have been happy with their work.

The cleaning was unacceptable. They did not clean the floors and I called them. They had another girl come back out and they only did half of them, she said there was too much of a wax build up on the floor. I had to hire a cleaning lady to come out and clean up the other half of the wax build up on the rest of the floors.

Booking with Jeremy was smooth and he was informative. Team leader called the day before and verified time, saying she would call 30 minutes ahead. On the appointed day and appointed time no one had arrived or called. 30 minutes after appointed time the team showed up. The second time they came out they did not leave a time on the recorder and we pretty much waited all day for them to show. They called around 2 and said they would be there shortly.

This company came out and they did a very good job for me. They came out punctually and were very thorough in the work that they did, I did think that they were a little pricey but it was a fair price for the work that they performed.

The quality of cleaning is ok, but not great. They have damaged a couple of minor things over the course of 2 years, and have been very good about investigating and fixing the damage. They always show up and on time. They call me if they need to reschedule due to the holiday calendar. If I need to reschedule, no problem, they take care of it immediately. Comparing notes w/friends who use maid services, this company is the best. Hiring an individual can result in better quality cleaning, but they take longer. The Maids is in-out in about 90 minutes - they have a team of 4 and they can hustle. As a bonus - they use environmentally friendly products and my house never has a strong chemical smell after they are done.

This team works thoroughly and speedily. Four people swooped in on my hairy (I have a cat and a dog), dusty house and made it shine. The kitchen floor gleamed, chrome in the bathroom sparkled, the film of dust is lifted. I couldn't be happier. They are responsive and on time and in frequent communication. It's not the cheapest service in world, but it's absolutely fair.

I contacted the service via email. Jeremy got back to me right away. After a few days of phone tag I was able to schedule a day to have the ladies come and clean. The ladies showed up on time and ready to work. Four women showed up but only one of them spoke any English and this caused some difficulty. I had wanted them to come through the back door instead of the front door but couldn't get this across. The ladies got right to work and overall they did a reasonable job of cleaning my home. One of the ladies was even able to get a stain out of a toilet that had been there since before I purchased the home (I was going to purchase a new toilet as no one else had been able to get it clean.) As the ladies were leaving I noticed that the front door had been pushed back into the wall leaving a hole. I brought this to the attention of the ladies and the one who spoke the most English told me "I don't know who did that". It is possible that the door got pushed open while they were coming in and out causing the damage without anyone knowing. After the ladies left I noticed that the pull cord on one of my blinds had apparently been pulled into a vacuum cleaner and was shredded. The cord had been tucked back behind the blind in an apparent attempt to hide it. I contacted the company about what happened and they apologized and offered to have the items repaired. I declined the offer of repair. If the ladies had just brought the damage to my attention I would not have been upset. I think if they had had a supervisor double check the ladies work (as several of the other housekeeping services do on first visits) these issues would have been handled better. Discounting the damage the price was very reasonable, 4 ladies showed up and cleaned for two and a half hours that's almost 10 hours of work. The house was very clean and the ladies very friendly. If it hadn't been for the two small problems and the way they were handled I would have used the maids for biweekly cleanings.

They showed up in the time range they had given me, and completed the job within the range of 2 1/2 hours. I could not have been happier. The price is a little high for the first visit, but definitely in the ballpark for the 2x a month visit. One person tackles each area of the house and they finish in the living room area. Very impressive and professional.
