They send you an email before they come. They call you the night before they come. They will give you the time they are coming and they arrive at that time. They do a good job. If something happens, like something gets broken, which does happen sometimes, they will take care of it. If you send them the receipt of what it costs and they will reimburse you or will take it off of your next service. I have had other companies that have broken something and they did not care. I will continue to use them.

I absolutely love them. They're reasonable and I love the service. They even clean out my fireplace and dust things I can't reach. I highly recommend this company!

They do a good job. I like the fact that they send a large crew of people so they are in and out faster. I like that they always call right before they arrive. It helps me because I have dogs and it gives me a second to put them up in their crates before the ladies arrive. They are prompt, fast and they do a good job. Their prices are comparable for similar services. I used a different agency for quite a number of years and had the same cleaning crew. They got a little lax and were not as thorough in their cleaning and they started breaking things. They charged $25 less per cleaning than The Maids. I like they don’t race through the house getting things done. They are assigned a task and they just focus on that. The price is comparable for what I am getting done. They have only come a few times so they are getting used to the house. This is the third time I've used them. The first time was a different crew and there was a different crew the second time so they didn't know our expectations. The third time the first crew came and they will be our regular crew now. They did a much better job. We are still in a learning process. I expect them to empty all the trash cans and they missed a couple. They are not perfect yet but they will get there as they learn and get to know our house.

I have used this company for 7 years. Their performance is outstanding. They have a quality improvement program that would be the envy of any company in any industry. Their attention to detail in cleaning is excellent. They have been cleaning my places on an every other week basis.

I was very, very pleased. They did everything from top to bottom, and really got after it. There were four cleaners, and a supervisor. They hand scrubbed the kitchen floor, and they were thorough, and did an excellent job. I will use them again. I really like the little Angie's List magazine I receive. I have used it several times to search for providers, and have been very happy with their estimates and services they can offer.

I chose The Maids in Feb. 2012 because I could choose a monthly cleaning rather than weekly or biweekly cleaning and there was a coupon on Angie's List for refrigerator cleaning. Their first time out cost more ($277) because they cleaned more than the regular monthly cleaning. The first time they cleaned the crown molding and the baseboards. They vacuumed every piece of upholstery furniture. A team of 4 comes and each member of the team concentrates on a different task: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, kitchen, bathrooms. They bring their own equipment and cleaning supplies. I didn't have to leave the house. I did some computer work, did laundry, cleaned out drawers in the laundry room. I didn't have them clean the laundry room. In about 1-1/2 hours, they were finished. The leader walked through the rooms with me to make sure everything was OK. I have booked my April cleaning date already. I like that a team comes and are in and out so quickly.

They arrived all together on time, were quiet, efficient, courteous, neat, friendly, each knew their job and did it. The supervisor of the group met with me for a few minutes at first to see what all I wanted done, then they each went to work. After they were through, the supervisor met with me to see if I had anything else I wanted done, and then I gave each of them a tip and they left. I paid for their work by credit card before they came, so there was no additional waiting. I will definitely use them again!

They are fabulous. I cannot complain at all. They do very good work.

I have used them before with furniture in the house. I have used them several times, and it has only been for housecleaning. I used them the last time for a house that I had for sale. There was no furniture but just specific things that I asked them to clean. They were not here at the exact time that they told me. However, the workers were very professional and they did good work. If I ask them to do something or go over something again, they wouldn't hesitate.

The work went very well. He did what I asked him to do, and I had no problems. He even had some tools with him, but I had more specialized tools for the job. He was quick and courteous. I was glad to have him come out here and do the job. I would rate him highly. I would use him again in the future if I got the special Angie’s List deal; I have no reason not to use him though.

They come every two weeks and I pay $200 for 4,500 square feet per visit. They are punctual, efficient, thorough and incredibly detailed. They get everything clean, including every surface. They even clean up my children's toys, put them away and rearrange them. The kids think they are silly. I am paying a little more than I was paying before but it is worth it. They bring their own materials and all are environmentally friendly. I will continue to use them.

They were very thorough, but very expensive. They came and helped me clean without much notice. I spent $400 on that service. They quoted me one price and went up a $100 after they were here and I thought that was too much. They did good cleaning, but there was non-commitment to their agreement. They did a good job.

They usually come in a team of four to five. They are in and out of my house generally in less than two hours. The first time when they were here, it was a little bit longer. That’s why I really like them because they don’t take up my entire day. They are fairly thorough. I think they do a pretty good job. I think they were a little high in terms of price. I’ve never had any problems with them regarding punctuality and they are always good about calling before hand. I always know within an hour when they are going to be here. I will use their services again in the future.

Great! The only hard part is the price but they are worth it.

They do consistent work, but they do not arrive at consistent times. They provide a range of hours in which they’ll arrive for an appointment

This company is wonderful! They come when they say are coming, and they are very conscientious. I enjoy working with them, and I will continue to do so in the future.

Poor experience, hired them for a year, hoping for improvement since they have a cleaning "rotation" and it just kept getting worse so I had to fire them. I am disabled, so was a big waste of time effort and money to try them. They broke numerous items, sent different teams w/ poor leadership, and in the end some things went missing that I still cannot acc ount for.

They did an excellent job. We’ve had them out a couple of times. They did a great job. Everything turned out fine and excellent. They did a terrific cleaning job which was needed to be done. There was a crew of five people and they had it done in three and a half to four hours. I call them my wife’s criteria which is the essential thing. We haven’t used any other service, so we haven’t compared the prices. They came when they were supposed to come. They were on time. I would use their services again in the future.

I was very impressed with The Maids' work. We had not hired a cleaning service before but I needed help to get ready for house guests and couldn't do it myself since I'm almost 8 months pregnant. They worked quickly (it was a little over 2 hours but this was a first cleaning so I imagine it takes longer), very efficiently and it was easy to communicate with the team leader Olga. After they left, I was amazed to notice little details like their putting up a towel rack that I had in pieces on the bathroom floor after having removed it for some painting, cleaning off all-but-impossible stains on our white range and leaving our wood floors looking the best they've ever been. The reason I called them was because I have a coupon for $30 off the first and second cleanings. If their regular cleaning prices were more reasonable, I would consider hiring them on a monthly basis (particularly with a new baby on the way). However, as it is, their cost is too high for me to hire them for more than maybe twice a year for a deep clean - which is too bad because they do such a good job.

Quick, small job-oriented, but service was nice. If I had more jobs, I would contact them again. Very friendly.

I am very happy with The Maids. A team of 4 shows up every other week to clean my 2700 sq. ft. house (4 beds, 3 baths). They call the day before to confirm, and call shortly before arriving so that I can secure our dog. There is a team lead that communicates well. They are friendly and fast. There is plenty of opportunity to provide feedback: you can do it online or they call you a few days later to check on the cleaning. I have asked them to change the way they do a few things, and they have been very responsive. I plan to continue using them as my cleaning service.

They are very reliable, quick and they do what you ask.

They have a consistent program and they move fairly quickly since there are 2 people that are not overlapping doing the same things. They are willing to bend a little to clean certain things that they normally do not have on their schedule.
