Description of Work: Told 6 hundred and something and usually estimate would be within 75 dollars regarding pre info related regarding the cleaning. Windows were really the most important thing and this I related first. Cleaning folks called me while out and gave me a price of 900+(high end) they had just cleaned front windows I was told. I asked if not cleaning windows would reduce cost. Was told yes and expected call back on price. Never received. Arrived back. Only front window done, left plastic hangers on Window and streaked. Over sink electric on/off switch still had grease, cobwebs above curtains. Had my house in Corpus done for price of 350 pre stated and price I paid. Most beautiful job I ever had done. Folks working for Austin Maids very nice. Price was exorbitant. Country prices in San Antonio just are not this high. I was told my house was not dirty, just dusty. Asked that walls be cleaned behind trash can which was not done. Several obvious places on tile needed to be better scrubbed. I was called back and asked how it went. Not wanting to get into it. I said okay and good bye. Just accepted the way job was done and vowed not to use them again. Perhaps these are expectations in Austin, but at a farm in Pleasanton/Floresville area expectations must be higher.

Description of Work: I had them do a whole house cleaning and was very pleased with the quality of their work. In fact, I now have them coming every two weeks to do a partial house cleaning and will add the guest rooms when needed. I like that the same team comes each time. They know what to expect and so do I.

Description of Work: I had them do an initial cleaning to get our house ready to sell. They showed up on time and the four ladies went right to work. They did a good job and were nice. The only complaint I had was the price. Seemed high but of course there were four of them. It took them about 2 hours to clean my 3300 square foot house.

Description of Work: This was a deep cleaning for the house I moved into, and it really need it. Thy brought their own supplies, they got to work right away. They worked hard and chatted lightly as they worked. I was very pleased with the results. When the work was more than the 2 hours, the leader explained what was left to be done and asked if I wished them to continue, and I did. They cleaned my oven, cleaned the baseboards and windows. Great work.

Description of Work: A team of 4 comes every 3 weeks to clean my house. Teams change over time, but basically the same team comes unless the schedule is changed for some reason (falls on major holiday, I am in hospital), so they know what I expect. I have asked to get a phone call when the team is on its way, and always do. The company and each team that has worked for me (over nearly 10 years) has been concerned to do a good job and I am encouraged to report anything less than completely satisfactory - they would return to correct anything I reported being poorly done, but I've never had to ask for that.

Description of Work: We have used them for over 3 years. They come in a team of 4 and for a 2800 sq ft home it typically takes about 1-1 1/2 hours. They bring all their own equipment. Someone starts in the kitchen and works in the kitchen the whole time, they will change your sheets, get on hands/knees to wash floor, empty trash, dust, vacuum overall general cleaning. We have 3 dogs and they do a great job with dog hair. Price seems a little expensive, but trying to find anything else is tough unless you want a company that sends one person.

Vacuumed under beds. Cleaned three ceiling fans and emptied trash. They would have changed linens and made beds if I had needed that service.
