When we went into Carpet Stop we had very little knowledge about laminate flooring. The people who work there were extremely helpful in educating us and helping us to make a decision. It took us four visits to make a final decision but every salesman was patient and we never felt rushed. We're very pleased with the flooring we purchased and the service at Carpet Stop. When we're ready to replace our carpet we'll be back.

It was very easy to talk to them like they answer communication. They were excellent. The price is good and it is the best and competitive price. They misquoted me on grout that they needed, they get more but they didn't charge me extra for that.

Their prices are really good. I went with them primarily because they had what I wanted and because of their price. I couldn't find what I was looking for and then that helpful guy who helped me did all this. I liked the helpfulness of that salesperson because if he had not helped me, I wouldn't have found what I was looking for. They had good customer service. They were very good.

They ordered it on Wednesday, the flooring came in on Friday, and they installed it on Monday. They listened to my needs about throughout the purchasing and installation process. They were very good. It was a great experience. The guy I spoke with was Ryan.

I have been using carpet stop for years on my rental units and my home. These guys are excellent. Their prices are as good as any I have found, On tile and carpet there installer is magnificant. They have learned to work with my busy schedule with the duplexes and get in measure, priced and installed with minimal inpact on my time. I can't say enough good things about this company,.

In 2006, we bought carpet for several rooms in our house. Because we had (messy) kids, we didn't replace the carpet in their rooms. Fast forward 6 years. The kids have moved out. I've repainted their rooms. I need carpet to match the carpet we bought 6 years ago. I called Carpet Stop because we bought the original carpet from them. James Eklund was the salesman who helped me then, and he was my contact this time also. He pulled the records, found the same carpet in the same color (not an easy task). He came out and measured the rooms and we discussed the probability that the colors wouldn't match exactly. We decided to go ahead with the install. The installers (the same crew from 6 years ago) did an excellent job. They fixed some wrinkles that had developed in the living room carpet. The charge for this was a $20.00 furniture moving charge--more than reasonable. The color was a little different, but unless someone points it out, no one will notice. We have one more room that needs carpet. When we decide to replace this, we will use Carpet Stop.

Everything went smooth. They came and installed it. Their price is reasonable and their service not much to complain about. We told them to aligned up the boards and they did it. They can be better there. May be I would use them in the future.

I thought they were fine. They had the product ready for us to pick up. They didn't do anything besides sell us the product. The staff friendliness was fine. They weren't over-the-top great. They weren't outstanding or anything. The variety of products was good.

We were referred to CarpetStop by a friend at work. Matt York was very quick to come out and make an estimate, and was very quick to respond each time we called. The timeliness of the responses was the reason we initially chose CarpetStop over another vendor who has extremely good ratings here. Information was definite and not vague (e.g. "we can get the material on ..." as opposed to "we think we can get the material sometime the week of..."). Matt looked for alternate sources of the type of flooring we wanted and offered us alternatives. Installation occurred on the dates promised. "Tune-up" after the installation (minor gaps at floor sockets) etc. was addressed to our satisfaction. Some cement residue that was left on the flooring was examined by Matt personally, and the installer made an additional return trip to clean the residue up. My opinion of a vendor is always based upon the last transaction I had, and every transaction in this job, which was a last transaction at that time, was satisfactory. Never once during the process did I have second thought or anything other than satisfaction with CapetStop

Our experience with The Carpet Stop was great. They are a box shop so we had feedback that they would do a better job than Home Depot and they did. They did a really nice job. They are extremely reasonable and friendly.

We spent about $4000. The price was good. They had to do the work at two different installations and they were very flexible on working with us on that. Everything was fine. The carpets were good. We were very pleased with it. We will use them in the future.

We worked with James, he was great about optimizing the amount of carpet needed to minimize the waste. Very helpful! He was able to recommend rooms to complete based on our budget, and carpet types for different areas of the house. They are a discount warehouse shop, but offer full service.

Wonderfully - Jim (the owner) and Ryan were wonderful in helping us evaluate our needs and objectives. They walked us through each step of the way and even let us bring home a few samples to see them in the light we needed to. They were great with follow up and communication throughout the purchasing aspect. The crew that came out for the installation was professional and courteous. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves, leaving absolutely no doubt in my mind that they are a wonderful opperation. The floors went in without a hitch, look wonderful and the entire transaction left us feeling great about the service and product.

I called this company after getting frustrated with the company I had used before, and it was like a breath of fresh air. The owner actually got on the phone and walked me through all my flooring options, even telling me about products they had that I had not seen offered at other retailers and discount flooring places. After borrowing samples, we ended up choosing a hardwood and a carpet. The prices with installation were very close to what I would have paid at a lumber company, AND they oversaw the installation (rather than me having to interview and oversee an independent installer). Plus, they have installers they have been using for many years. All in all, both the sales team and the installers were professional, informative and prompt. I am very pleased with the products we selected and the end result. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I will use them again.

We stopped by Carpet Stop to look at carpets and as soon as we entered the store the owner Jim Tersigni greeted us and spent about 30 minutes discussing our needs and helping us select a carpet within our budget. He assigned us a different sales rep to contact in the future, gave us a couple of estimates for a two different carpets and we left the store to shop around. At no time were we pressured in any way. We called later to have Carpet Stop do a measurement and the measurer showed up on time and worked quickly. We called later to arrange installation and the installers showed up on time, completed the work in about 6 hours, cleaned up, and everything looks great. The only (minor) gripe I have is that I was told during our initial consultation at the store that as part of our measurement we would receive a floorplan showing exactly where all the carpet seams would be. I did get this plan, however the carpet seams were not where we were told they would be according to the plan. I called our sales rep and he just suggested the installers found a and quot;better wayand quot; to install the carpet. So I feel what we were told initially wasn't completely accurate, but in the grand scheme of things the install quality is great and the seams are hardly visible. Hopefully we won't need carpet again any time soon but if we do I wouldn't mind using Carpet Stop again.

This is the second time we have used The Carpet Stop for carpet in eight years. Their selection and service is excellent. The owner Jim, gave us several options, helped us select the appropriate carpet for our needs and assigned Brian Sweeney (salesperson) to measure and schedule our installation. All this was done in a matter of days and we now have a great looking, durable carpet for three upstairs bedrooms, the hallway, and the stairs going to the first floor. The installers did this in about 4-5 hours and we are very pleased.
