Very professional. I changed to this service after my last lawn service was unable to get my yard to look good. They tried for three years. Texas lawn service had it looking great after one year and is still improving.

Brad was very professional and responsive to my questions.  The crew completed the job quickly, and were very thorough.  I did request that they return for a second day to remove some leaves that they had missed, as well as a few other shrubs that I had wanted removed.  I also decided that I wanted the ground cover on the side of the garage removed, and Brad was able to add that to the job for a very reasonable extra amount.  After being overgrown with weeds, the yard now looks great; we're extremely pleased with it!

Given this was my first appointment with them (I've hired them for biweekly mows), I'm pretty happy so far.  There was a minor snag with getting this first mow set up, but it's really not a big deal.  TLS was also proactive about emailing me on the day they were supposed to show up when their crew had a massive delay on their first job that day, and they ended up coming out the next day instead.
So far, so good.  The yard looks a lot better than it has in a while.

I contacted Texas Lawn Services earlier this week and described an issue with my sprinkler system. After a few questions, I was given a verbal estimate over the phone. Today, the crew from Texas Lawn Services showed up right on time, and completed the work within the estimated time and budget. The crew was friendly, and spent some time teaching me a few things about my sprinkler system after they wrapped the job up (it was installed before I purchased the house).

I was very happy with what they did. They had to replace some things and remove some things and overall it went very well.

There was a mistake with my bill when it was first generated and when I brought it to the attention of Brad in Texas Lawn Services office he literally bent over backwards to try and make up for the error on their part and was a true professional. I will not be continuing to use their service as I decided a lawnmower was worth the investment but I would strongly recommend TLS to anyone looking for a company to care for their yard. Brad went above and beyond to try and regain my trust and business and I have the utmost respect for him for his efforts.

I have service every two weeks and they do a great job every time they come out - they cut/trim/edge and clean up.  Anytime you have a problem or concern, if you email them, they get back to you right away and take care of it.  During the holidays I thought they did a very good job notifying about scheduling changes/time adjustments, etc.

Brad and his crew have been responsive, friendly and communicative every
step of the way. His prices are very fair, and they do a great job.
Since beginning to hire him to take care of my various properties, I've
also employed his services on a couple of large landscaping projects at
my personal home. They have done an AWESOME job, and the price was very
reasonable - I really could not be more pleased.

I wasn't very pleased with the service or the materials that they used. Initially, it looked like they were going to do a pretty good job but I didn't like the materials that they were using. I thought they were inferior. They didn't take to heart what I wanted them to do. They did what they would do. It bothered me about that. They talked openly about not really why. I found that the soil that they used was inferior and some of the plants have already died. They were here. There was only two guys who came. It just seemed that they really didn't have a real clue about what they were doing.I think they knew what they were doing but they didn't think I knew what they were doing. That's where the inferior materials come in. The soil that they used was more of the sand than of soil.

I called and spoke with Brad the owner on Tuesday to ask questions about their services and prices and to make an appointment. He was very professional, empathetic, and I honestly felt like I was talking to a friend on the phone. I explained that my fiancé
was out of town returning on Wednesday and I wanted to surprise him with the lawn being down so he wouldn?t have to do it when he got home fromhis business trip.
 
I advised Brad I would only be home and available for them to come between 12-4 as I had to go to the airport and it was really important it was done before I had to leave. Brad had set up the appointment for his crew to come out between the time I needed it done with no problem at all.
His crew of 4 came on time and were extremely approachable, professional, and pleasant. They had all of the work done in under an hour and a half of showing up and even trimmed down some weeds in the back area of the yard which were out of control. Our yard hasn?t ever looked this good before.
I would recommend this company to anyone based on not only the astonishing work they did, but their professionalism, great prices, and attention to detail!! My neighbor was so impressed she asked for a card And for them to start working on her lawn as well! A++++ company in my opinion

They arrived promptly on the appointed day and mowed, trimmed, and edged my lawn.  The offer was supposed to have also included checking and adjusting my irrigation system, but they left without doing that.  I was home, saw that they were mowing, etc. but didn't want to interrupt them.  Later when things got quiet, I went outside to inquire whether they were ready to check the irrigation system, but they had already departed.  
A few days later, they sent to me by email a price list of services that they provide.  I thought their listed prices were on the high side, but the services provided for my $20 LivingSocial voucher was certainly a bargain price.

They did a great job mowing and edging the entire yard and left the driveway clean.

Brad and his team stayed in touch with me and my wife as soon as I notified them of the problem with the back flow preventer. We were notified by a neighbor that water was flowing into the street. Once I turned off the water from the city connection, I called Brad and told him we had 4 children in the house and we needed our water turned on as soon as possible. He and his crew leader stayed in touch with us until they could get here and within an hour the entire problem was resolved. Texas Lawn came through in an emergency situation.
