Texan Sprinkler System

Getting our regular sprinkler sytem man out to do repairs has been very difficult in the past, so I decided to find someone else to repair our leaking back flow valve. A neighbor recommended Texan Sprinkler System as he had discovered this company recently for the same repair and he was very impressed. I called Texan Sprinkler and they established an appointment for the following day. They found that water in the valve had frozen during the winter freeze and had destroyed the valve. (Our old sprinkler man had told us that the valve did not need to be insulated over the winter.) They did not have the needed part on their truck but returned the next morning with the part and repaired it quickly. They explained that yes the valve does need to be wrapped during the winter and showed ways to do that. I mentioned also that we had several sprinkler heads which stick and won't go down after use without our pushing them down. They fixed that easily in a few minutes without charge. I was extrelmely impressed with this company and feel lucky to know someone to call next time we need a repair.

They were great. The manager, Roman, was knowledgeable, and walked me through the whole process. They installed a new product, a rotary sprinkler head, which saves a lot of money and water. The crew came in the morning and was finished by afternoon. To complete the package he said any minor repair would be free for a year.
