I like their customer service. If there is anything wrong, they come out and fix it right away.

They were excellent. They were on time, thorough, and the work was done extremely well.

They did a great job. They came out when they said they would. They cleaned up the job site every night. They are really good at what they do and are very nice to work with. We will probably call them to complete another part of the project next year.

I was looking for a company to mow, aerate, weed control my lawn. In addition I was looking to trim the bushes, weed and mulch the beds. I asked them for an estimate which the owner Josh came out and did when I was not home and slipped it under the door. I didn't speak with him after that. I had other companies come out and we are going with someone else. Josh's estimate was higher than the other company. In the meanwhile, without calling or checking with me Josh had his guys come over and mow and aerate the lawn. They didn't leave a note or call me after to tell me they did it. The left our backyard in a mess and broke something. I called the company we hired thinking it was them and they had no idea what we were talking about as we had agreed to start later. Then I get a call from Josh saying it was his guys and tries to charge me for it! I was so mad.

They did a beautiful job. Thought it was a little expensive, but certainly can't complain about the results. I would use them again.

Warning! Do not hire these guys! After they got the job they were rude, resentful and incompetent. I had to hire another landscaper to finish the job! I dealt with a guy named Jaime Short who said the owner was out of town. They did not show up when scheduled and I received no phone call or message, just did not show up. I am pretty mellow and easy to work with so I figured they would show up the next day or let me know what was going on, well I finally called two days later and they explained that their entire crew had all quit at the same time on the day my job was supposed to start. And that they had yards to cut also, so they had no one at all to do landscaping. He did not call because he figured I would never let them do the job after that. At that point I should have known that they were going to be terrible but let them reschedule. They showed up with a new crew who seemed as though they had never done landscaping. Jaime left after about 5 minutes saying he "had to get back to the shop." As soon as he left they just wondered around looking lost. I thought I would help out and went outside to tell them what needed to be done. Put the trees here, dirt here, level this, the same as I had done with Jaime a week earlier. I was also using a sprinkler company that they recommended who was installing at the same time they were working. This job took about 8 for them to complete and during this time Jaime was rude, combative and difficult, resentful about the job, openly complained repeatedly that the price he said he agreed to was to low(and I never negotiated, I just accepted his price), complained about the sprinkler guy (Jaime had recommended him) and how he was drinking on the job and he was doing a terrible job. Jaime's boss Josh came over (back from vacation) and tried to charge me an extra $600.00 to complete the yard leveling, an extra $250.00 for sod, and another $150.00 for dirt. It became apparent that Jaime had under-priced this job and was mad about it, his boss was mad about it, and so they were very rude throughout the job. They also laid brown dead sod in the front of my house and almost dead sod in the back. I found out later that they had mistakenly underestimated the time for this job and had bought the sod a week earlier and had stored it sitting in their yard, so it was dying. At the end of the job, I pointed out that the dirt fill was not completed as discussed and they had laid dead sod over the top of it. Jaime then screamed at me (in front of neighbors) that "I was going to regret it when he got through with my bill," that I should have told him these things before he finished. I had to hire another landscaper to complete the work and replace the dead sod they had laid. This is one of those nightmare landscape stories!

We contracted with Sublime Lawn for projects that included the removal and installation of landscaping in our yard. They failed to remove or install per the agreed upon contract. Following installation, they billed us for additional work that we had never agreed upon verbally or in writing. They harassed and threatened us if we failed to pay. The quality of their work was very poor. Our plants were not fully removed - only that which we could see from above the mulch cover. We discovered later that the roots (which we had been assured would be removed) were left in the ground. Plantings were done haphazardly and not per the landscape specifications. When inconsistencies were pointed out, Sublime responded very defensively and always promised that the issues would be addressed later. These promises were never fulfilled. Since then, we have had wonderful experiences with local Austin landscapers. We would STRONGLY caution anyone from doing business with this company.
