I have worked with Signature several times now - they have been responsive and professional. They checked the system last spring and replaced pipes that had burst over the winter - they recommended that we have them winterize this year to avoid bursts in the future. I have always been pleased by their ability to find the problem and fix it.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a contractor. I am dumbfounded, honestly, at the lack of professionalism and integrity shown by these individuals. I first met with Anthony, the owner, to discuss a leak I had in my sprinkler system. He identified it as a zone valve leak, but said he couldn't work on it, as I needed to put in a back-flow preventer first. He said maybe the head of his crew could help me on the side. This individual, Frank, did eventually come out and worked on it, and I paid him $100 to fix the broken zone valve and a broken piece of pipe next to it. Later I realized it was still leaking, so I called him (Frank) again. We set up a time for him to come back, and he came over on a Sat. morning in the pouring rain with his son. Obviously we rescheduled, and thus began a series of no shows and repeated failures to return my phone messages. After a week or two I finally contacted Anthony, and he said he'd have Frank contact me. Again, nothing. Again, I called Anthony, and eventually Frank did show up to fix it - when I was at work - and called me to say he was at my house and it wasn't broken. I told him yes it was, as it was still leaking, and also asked him politely why he hadn't returned any of my calls, and he said he'd been sick for a week-and-a half, and wasn't able to call me. Then he changed his story and said he couldn't answer his phone when his hands were dirty. So then he said, "Oh wait, it is broken." Ah - I felt relieved for that confirmation. Then he said, "That will be $125." Stunned, I sought clarification. I asked, "Do you mean an additional $25, to what I have already paid you to fix this?", figuring he might need to purchase a part. He said, "No, it will be another $125 to fix it." Frustrated, I told him I was not going to pay $225 to fix this valve, when it should have been fixed the first time! Then he said, "Oh, wait, can I call you right back?" I naively said, "Ok," and yep, that is the last I heard from him. Anthony would also not subsequently return my calls. Wow. I feel like I was totally robbed of $100, and would like my money back so I can pay a reputable company to fix this.

Our irrigation system was poorly designed from the start - and our lawn and landscaped beds reflected it. Signature Irrigation took time to explain where the problems were - and then made the appropriate changes. In our case, the sprinkler heads that were originally installed didn't provide adequate coverage. They were swapped out with better heads that were more efficient and provided the coverage that was needed. Our yard has never looked better! When fixing these problems, and looking at our system in general, Signature Irrigation also found that we had several leaks in our system. These leaks were repaired too... It was not easy work. Two of the leaks were difficult to find. We really appreciated the knowledge and professionalism from Signature Irrigation. They go above and beyond - and will make the appropriate recommendation to solve whatever problem(s) you may be experiencing.

We had Anthony give us a quote on rebuilding our backyard sprinkler system after it had to be ripped out to put in a deck. He was punctual, helpful, and did an amazing clean up job after the work was complete. He and his guys were very polite and they worked with our deck installer to coordinate activities. Prices were good and we were extremely happy with our work. I highly recommend Anthony and Signature Sprinkler Repair Systems. We were most impressed with his knowledge and suggestions about sprinkler head positioning to optimize water usage. He suggested a drip system for our beds and walked us through the design process.

He came by the house and introduced himself and the company. He then checked for himself and said the repair would fall in the range of $150-250 depending on the amount of time spent digging up the lines and repairing them. He fixed two lines, replaced 3 heads & reset the timer. He also explained how the system should work and gave good advice on future preventive care for the system.
