About one year ago, we entered in to a contract for landscaping and erosion mitigation on our property to include a retaining wall and fill on one side of the property. After heavy rains on October 30, water infiltrated the base of the wall, resulting in a massive blowout of gravel and fill and a huge hole along the fenceline on the inside of the wall. The ground on the inside of the wall has dropped several inches along about 80 feet. By contract, the business was to "dig trench and pour a concrete footing with rebar for stability." After the blowout, and upon closer inspection, this work was not done, resulting in the current damage and long-term structural instability of the entire 120-foot wall. They are in serious breach of contract which I expect to have remedied - or at the very least reimbursed the $9,000 in labor costs so we can get someone in to retroactively correct the issue.  
This is only the most recent (and most significant) issue with the job. In addition:
- They installed several pieces of clearly dead sod, ensuring us that it would "come back." It did not, and we had to have them come back out to replace the dead patches.
- There have been two separate issues with water and dirt infiltrating the bottom of the wall, which they have come back and had to address. It wasn't until this most recent event that it became clear to us that they did not trench ANY of the wall nor pour concrete nor rebar. 
Please, please, please think twice about using these folks. They talk a good game, but the project has become a year-long nightmare with a $15,000 price tag because of shoddy (and shady) work.

Robin and team were very engaged from the beginning. They helped brainstorm the design and it was clear they are passionate about what they do. Robin monitored the entire project and I appreciated that she treated her team with respect. If I had any constructive feedback it would be that the team almost worked with too much urgency. The job was done before I could blink. I would highly recommend Robin for her straightforwardness, passion, and follow through.

Sid Mourning of Good Morning Tree Service referred Robin to me. After I called her, she responded very quickly to meet at my house. She gave me a quote of $3,000 to do a complete redo of the landscaping in the front yard. She and her crew arrived promptly on the scheduled day and went to work. They turned my mess of a front yard into a work of art! I'm not a gardener and she was more than willing to tutor me on what I need to do to keep the plants healthy, which isn't much as they are all native plants. In addition to the plants and shrubs they brought, they used the existing plants that had survived under my care and even found some plants on the side of my house and transplanted those. They offer fall and spring service to keep the landscaping maintained, which I fully intend to use. I look forward to the day I can have them landscape my back yard! I highly recommend this company.
