When my home flooded unexpectedly, I was left with a terrible insurance adjuster and scrambling for a contractor. After interviewing multiple contractors, I found that the majority where extremely sexist and unreliable; however, the insurance company informed me I had limited time for hotel coverage, so I was extremely pressured to find not only a contractor, but a contractor that could start right away. After I had given up hope of finding a contractor, my boyfriend found ProTech Construction and after vetting them out for me, I reach out to ProTech Construction. They came out the next day and gave me a quote. And I am so thankful for them, because they saw the urgency in my situation and voluntarily made room in their schedule to start on my home right away. During my time working with them, I slowly found out the hidden gem that I had discovered. ProTech Construction is not just A CONTRACTOR, but an entire family from New Mexico who moved out to Texas to grow and support their family business. They are a family who genuinely care, respect, and take so much pride in the work they do for you. Their work is PERFECTION and that should be meaningful coming from a type-A, OCD, scientist that analyzed microscopic specimens everyday. Additionally, their support and care for their customers extends beyond what I would have expected. Anthony took me in like his own child and his whole family took care of me and my project at a time in my life when the challenge of remodeling an entire condo unplanned and dealing with terrible insurance representatives felt like an impossible task to conquer. The ProTechConstruction company, aka the Rosete family, treated me like I was part of their family and for that the Rosete family will always have a special place in my heart. In summary, if you are looking for a contractor that treats and cares about you and your project like you are part of their own family, stop looking. You will be doing yourself a disservice by working with any other contractor/company.

Pro Tech const just finish remodeling our home last year in Dec. The work they did was great. This family own contracting firm really knows their business. They help us with the design and selection of all of our materials. From the start they were straight and honest about all the problems with the back order of materials in this pandemic we are in so order early if you are planing to do this. The work they did was beautiful. Richard help us a lot in the design that we needed for our kitchen and bathrooms and seeing it on their computer 3-D software was really great so we knew exactly what we were getting, it help so much it was great, Richard was just a fine young man and with a lot of design experience and made our dream come true. Anthony the father was great and very honest but very straight forward on the process in what to expect in this new construction way of life on delays on materials and so on. But in all our home is so beautiful and is like brand new. Thank you all for a great job. By the way I did post another review but I was not sure it it went through but if it did sorry for the double take LOL

Anthony and his team remodeled our outdated kitchen in Taos, NM. Anthony had great ideas and we loved the finished product. Anthony and his NM team were fast, reliable and efficient! His communication is excellent! They ran into some unexpected water damage from the roof and fixed it at no extra cost. We absolutely loved the finished product. They also replaced the flooring throughout the first floor. The crew was respectful of our house and cleaned up nicely afterwards. I 100% recommend hiring Pro Tech for your kitchen remodel. We are repeat customers as well.

The team at ProTech were outstanding! We completed a full kitchen remodel, and an update to the remainder of the house completing new paint, floors, ceiling fans, light switches, outlets, stair hand railing, and a few other small items. The quality is astounding and their responsiveness to our requests was immediate. This being our first remodel they were great explaining the process and helping us understand the weight of each decision. Highly recommend!

Definitely, we will use them again. We had a leak inside the wall, this ruined the carpet. Pro-Tech Construction was the only one who responded after calling 4 different companies. They came right away on the weekend and inspected the wall, and found the leak and fixed it. They also replaced my damaged carpet with nice good quality vinyl flooring. The work was done fast they finished everything in 3 days. They did a very good job, good quality, good communication. I definitely recommend them!

Very responsive to our needs and requests. Good quality work that has a 5 year warranty. We had a couple of hiccups and they addressed it right away.

I interviewed several home remodel companies. By far Anthony and his son (owners) provided the highest level of expertise. My project was a major home remodel. His teamâ floor, electricians, painters, etc had many years of experience. They were flawless. Anthony and his son stopped by many times. I give them a 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!!!!

People and companies are tested when in times of crisis. Pro Tech Construction came to our help when the previous builder not only defaulted but the things they built were an absolute disaster, unsafe, not following codes and faulty. Pro Tech Construction was highly instrumental in figuring out what to do to put the project back on track and finishing it with high quality and professionalism. And in doing so they were gracious and understanding of the stressful situation our family was going through. The project is finished with a high degree of quality and ahead of time.

These guys rock! They stepped in after my water mitigation company could not handle the job and did a really fantastic job. I highly recommend these guys.

Anthony, his extended family/office staff and sub-contractors have been fabulous. I’ve been very happy with my experience with ProTech. The few hiccups that have occurred, have been quickly resolved. I highly recommend Pro Tech Construction . They did two jobs for me. First they repaired the damage done by black water restoration due to a sewer backup into my house. When Anthony came to my house to look at the damage, he saw walls cut away in two bedrooms, a bathroom and a hallway. Also five doors and door jams were gone and the woodwork an all those areas was missing. I look at these walls now and am amazed at how beautifully they restored these damaged areas. Since the bathroom had damage, I decided to go ahead and hire Pro Tech to remodel my outdated bathroom. It was clear from the first that this company takes pride in their work. They made sure to protect my floors and furniture during all phases if the work and at the end of each day made sure to take all trash away. It was obvious from the beautiful work that they did that every worker including plumbers, painters, electricians, etc., were skilled at their jobs. Anthony is a skilled designer who managed to work everything I wanted into my limited space. He also drew up a beautiful design for my shower tile and trim. In addition, his advice on colors and choices kept me from making bad mistakes. As a result, my bathroom is beautiful. I want to thank Anthony, Frank the supervisor, Gilbert who did such a beautiful job laying the tile and every other worker who came to my house for their patience, skills, hard work and professionalism.

I cannot say enough about this team! Anthony designed my kitchen and it is a dream! These guys showed up on time every day, did an exceptionally professional job and finished in six weeks. They also remodeled my master bath and painted the interior of the house. I would hire them again for any design and remodel.

ProTech's bid was comparable to the rest of the bids I received. I hired Anthony because it was apparent he understood my "vision". I thought it was taking a long time to complete the project until I spoke to friends of mine that had also remodeled their master bathroom and they were amazed at how quickly mine was completed. The work as good (and I'm a little OCD about projects). I would hire them again!

The quality of the tradesmen that worked on our project far exceeded our expectations. We had a strict time budget and the project was completed with time to spare.

Everyone we dealt with was professional and super friendly. They answered any questions we had and if there were outstanding issues they followed up very quickly. Anthony and "the Franks" were wonderful and i would recommend them with no hesitation!!!!

ProTech remodeled our master bathroom. I selected Pro Tech because I felt I could trust and work with Anthony. I was not disappointed. Although the project took longer than expected we were pleased with the outcome. Anthony was committed to addressing our concerns and making sure everything was done right. Communication with Anthony was easy via text and calls. His crew was very professional and hard working - very good at what they do. I think with a little more attention to planning the project could have been completed sooner.

Anthony was always available when I had a question. His team of guys were great. Gilbert and Dean were so helpful and attentive through the entire process. They were also great with our pets!

I have nothing but praise for Anthony's team. The work was done on time, at the agreed-to price, they were fun people to get to know...and THEY spotted (and took care of) their own "gotta get this right" issue before even cashing the checks. 100% will have them back for other projects in the future.

Great work done completed by very pleasant professionals, however took much longer than promised due to a variety of reasons. The five day project was planned in August but not completed until December.

Anthony Sr. and Anthony Jr. where great to work with as contractors. From the begging they where great to talk with and work with. When your doing a complete remodel you have to expect things that no one knew about would have to be done and expect extra cost and time. Anthony wanted everything to be done right but did not kill me on the cost of extra materials needed and labor. Remember when your doing a complete remodel you will get tired of having people coming over every day but with the great people from Pro Tech Construction it made it a pleasant ordeal though the whole experience. The only thing we had a problem with was the extra soft glide sliders we added to our pantry. The Cabinet company would not send us the same drawers or sliders that came with the cabinets. This was not Pro Tech Constructions fault. I didn't want the modified boards and loss of space in the cabinet, because of the shorter and different sliders to make them work. So I told Anthony not to put them in and I would buy what I wanted for the extra pull out later. Pro Tech Construction is a family run business and two of their employees Frank and Frankie, father and son. Work very professional and cleaned before leaving each day. That did great fast work. It was a joy to see them come over each day to start work very personable. I would recommend Pro Tech Construction to anyone who wants a Quality Remodel done to their house or business. We will be calling on them again for future projects. Joe W.
