initially got a time estimate that a technician would arrive in 55 minutes. After over an hour of waiting, I called and was informed that the ETA was now another 45 minutes. Lousy time estimates and service.

They did it for free since my kids were in the car.

I use Progressive insurance and their Roadside Assistance program, hence the $0 charge. I had a flat tire on my vehicle, and a migraine. Bad combination. I called Progressive, and they dispatched PopALock. I received a text notification from Progressive that the provider would be at my home in 34 minutes. Within 20 minutes of that text, the repairman was at my car. He worked quickly and carefully, changed my tire, found the screw that caused the flat, replaced all my vehicle's tools exactly as they had been in my car, and loaded the flat into my truck for me. This took less than 20 minutes, which I truly appreciated. He was very friendly and courteous, and I would recommend them happily to anyone.

I first called yellow cab, they could not open. Then called the BMW dealership who gave me the name and number of "Pop-a-Lock" and said they are able to open all the time./ Very nice, prompt, and opened the door without any harm to the car.

They were very efficient. They arrived within the time range they quoted me and had retrieved my keys in a matter of five minutes. I would recommend their services to anyone.

POP-A-LOCK IS CONVENIENT BECAUSE IT IS A 24 HOUR SERVICE, AND I WAS ABLE TO CALL AFTER MY NIGHT SHIFT AT A RESTAURANT AND THEY CAME TO MY LOCATION WITHIN 30 MINUTES. THE MAN WAS FRIENDLY AND THE WORK WAS DONE IN LESS THAN 2 MINUTES. HOWEVER, I HEARD THAT THIS SERVICE WAS A BIT MORE PRICEY THAN OTHERS. THEY DID NO DAMAGE TO MY CAR AND SAID I COULD SHOW MY RECEIPT TO MY INSURANCE AGENCY FOR A POSSIBLE REFUND.

EVERY TIME THAT I HAVE NEEDED THEM, THEY HAVE BEEN TIMELY AND FRIENDLY. THEY WILL COME AND MAKE THE RUN FOR FREE IF THERE IS A CHILD LOCKED IN THE CAR.
