+ 1 moreOur project was well over budget (40%+) and 8 months over the original schedule. We attempted to resolve our issues through formal arbitration. We met the terms of the agreement, however Origin did not. We formally terminated this company through our attorney. Origin did not pay all of the subcontractors who worked on our project. At this point, we are completing the project oureselves. We have found numerous errors and poor construction, which we have corrected through our expense.
