One Day Bath of Texas

On April 1, One Day Bath of Texas cashed a check for over $16,000.00 as a down payment to start our remodeling project. The project included all new flooring throughout the house, Complete Tear Out and Rebuild of the Kitchen and Master Bath, and remodeling of the Guest Bath. There have only been sporadic communications with the company. None of the phone numbers go to an office, and you can forget about speaking to the owner. He hides behind his employees, who say they do not have any say in our project but will pass our message on. NO ONE HAS MADE MORE THAN ONE CONTACT WITH US, AND EMPLOYEES HAVE LIED ABOUT WORK PERFORMED ON THE JOB. We have contacted the company several times asking for our deposit back. They say they are behind on other projects, which is fine, but they refuse to refund our deposit as we requested until they can get to our project. We now believe they are using our deposit to fund other projects. They are also advertising 30% off for new projects but can't start ours within 6 months!!??
