Modern Vision Remodeling did an excellent job renovating our family home that was built in 1953. Elly kept us informed and updated on a weekly basis as well as phone calls in between. Couldn’t be more pleased with the end results.

We met with Elly and decided to hire modern vision. Everything he said he would do, he did. He came everyday to see the progress that his team was making. He would call or text us also. He made our remodel easy. His team is very professional, they take great pride in their work which is quite evident in the pictures and our remodel. Very easy to work with the entire team, from the design process to the project completion. Thr contractor was in constant contact and always available. He came to the house almost daily to check on the total bathroom remodel. Any concerns or questions were promptly addressed. I am not handy or able to do a total remodel myself so it was nice to have a very competent team to work with. Budget a little extra money because you'll always find extra things you want done once it starts.

Because this was a 100+ year old home with galvanized pipes, we ended up doing a complete re-plumb and adding both a hot water heater and water softener to keep our appliances in top condition. Although this project went beyond the original scope, we feel the job was done professionally and in a timely manner.
