They were absolutely horrible. Whenever we cancelled they didn't fulfill any of their notice. Our property has quite a few hills on it and they weren't mowing that area. I took pictures where it looks like it wasn't mowed for 6 weeks. I sent that to them. I told the property manager and said the second they get out there you need to take them to that area and let them know they were missing it. He said they didn't have the type of mower that will mow through that area. We had never had that problem with another landscaper company in the past. I asked for the large clay pots at the front door entry and to have some nice color installed in those. They charged me $600 and they put the tall plastic ones. That was the final straw. We had been constantly on them about if they were going to show up. They lost one of their lead crew members and they were never the same after that. We gave them the required 30 days that was in their contract and we paid them through that 30 days. They contacted me on 3/15 to see if there was anything they could do to change my mind. I said no I had signed with a new company starting on 4/1. I had paid through both properties through the end of the month and they never came back. They left us with tall grass and weeds. It was very unprofessional. We had continual issues with the maintenance. They would tell us they didn't have the tools that they needed to perform the services. They overcharged dramatically on the two pots at the front door entry and didn't provide what I asked for. They were the plastic pots and charged me as if they were the clay pots. We had high expectations because we were paying more than we've ever paid and they didn't come through. They didn't have the tools they needed to complete the services. They are very responsive. They have a great sales team. I think it was unprofessional the way they left us.
