We had a series of problems, particularly with conflicting doors. There was a door into the laundry room, & just inside there was another door to pantry & a plywood cover over the water heater. We removed the first door because we wanted to join the rooms together. Replaced the pantry door with a bi-fold, louvered door & hung a door on the water heater cabinet. Put in Kraftmaid cabinets, upper & lower on the right & only upper on the left with the Washer/Dryer below. It is beautiful & I continue to get compliments on everything. It is a lighter, brighter, comfortable room. Even when we ran into a problem Home Tec Services were easy to deal with. Kraftmaid sent the wrong size cabinet that went over the refrigerator. Upon finishing this project, I had Mr. Baumgartner build a beautiful 700 square foot "diagonal" deck along 2 sides of my home. A 13' by 13' Pergola/Arbor over a portion near the dining room door. It is spectacular. Deck was $8,500. Great job.
