I always know what I need, so I just walk in and get it. I go there because I happen to be in the neighborhood. They have automatic check out's so you don't have to go to a cashier.

They work turned out good.  I realized I was being over charged and when I let Home Depot know about it they did rectified the situation.  I would use Home Depot again but not the specific contractor they used for these services.

The staff is helpful and knowledgable.

Even though it was a simple project, it was a horrendous ordeal. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. I'll never use them again. It was a nightmare. They were so careless. They cut the carpet too short and spilled dirty water on the carpet too. The original crew came back out and did the best they could to resolve the problem, but the carpet should've been replaced. The contractor also took the extra tile, which I purchased. He also took all the carpet with him too.

It went well. They were reasonably priced and showed up on time.

I had Lowe's come to check out the property and gave us an exact quote. I went with Home Depot because the quote was originally less. When Home Depot came out there were some additional costs. I felt that the additional costs should have been noted when they gave me the quote over the phone stating what could affect the installation price.

I was very satisfied with them. They came out when they said they would and the carpet came in when they said it would. They did a good job!

They were done at two different times within the same year. The installers that did the bedroom work were flawless, the ones who did the living room left wrinkles in the carpet. The showroom experience, going in and picking the carpet, ordering, etc. has gone well and always favorable. I have used them a lot for different things over the years on remodeling at my house.

Home Depot was so helpful to us in buying the flooring. They had good advice and lots of samples. I told them my price limit and they were $1000 over that, but they did negotiate with me and I got the price that I wanted. I thought this showed very good business sense.

The work and the specs of the work have really turned out to be exactly what we wanted. It was a touch and go thing with our schedule, but they did the best they could to accommodate that. The cabinets were all very solid and looked great and I will say that their price was far cheaper than some of the contractor's estimates we got.

The only thing that was impressive was the cost for the materials. They cut my cable wire, and the handles were put on wrong. Some of the wood started to warp, and it ended up being a terrible mess. It looked like they came out here and slapped the wood together and then left. The work was sub-contracted out, but I still wouldn t buy a fence from them again.

I was really happy with the results that we got from this company. They helped us out right from the beginning. They were all really nice and hardworking people. They were able to get my cabinets installed pretty quickly and our cabinets look really nice. I am not sure of the total bill because my husband took care of that.
