Started out very efficient and quick to answer all questions. Ended up taking twice as long, literally, as we were initially told. Sometimes workers would show, sometimes not. They explained that they had other jobs come up. I would have recommended them if they would have just finished our project first, then move on to the other projects. Overall feeling at the end was a 'C'.
