Now I have mixed feelings about El Sol Logistics. Our first experience was so good and our second experience was not very good. I think if you have a large job, the owner/manager takes responsibility for accurately estimating and staffing the job. Things go very well. Everything is very professional. There was only a phone interview with the second job, which I think that was appropriate, and I don't think it was adequately staffed. It appears to take 3 men to move that piano or at least two experienced men with a lot of muscle. If you have a small job with any special moving problems, I would make that very clear in the phone interview. I would not hesitate to use El Sol Logistics for a large job or for any standard small job. For small jobs I would discuss carefully with the manager any special items or concerns I had about the job and ask how they would be addressed.

They are wonderful and fabulous. They charge on an hourly basis. Their pricing depends on lot of factors like household or anything else. They gave us the best service possible. They exceeded on every point; they came on time, they stayed until it was done, they didn't cut any corners, they were very careful with the items.

Fantastic. They were very careful with all my furniture, especially the fragile pieces.

Great experience. Very professional, understood what we wanted done without difficulty, and moved everything in about an hour.
