It was great and the scheduling was fine, but the person writing down the reason I wanted to bring the car in didn't send that information to the maintenance department, so when I got there, I had to explain  that all again.   Communication inside their departments could have been better.

When you bring the car in it is like a 2 hours wait. They bought this business and they didn’t keep the records of the customers. So now I have a warranty and they can’t tell me what warranty I have. Every time I asked them to do something   on the car they break something.

The dealership switched hands about a year ago. We have troubles getting scheduled. We have troubles getting a loner car when we do go in. It has been frustrated getting into the maintenance department, even thought we have already pre-paid for the service.
