Chem-free Organic Pest & Lawn Svc

I have not used them for a while now because I got very sick and I could not afford the monthly visits. I used to spend $38 for their monthly visits and the termite control was $230 a year. I am very pleased with their service. They said they understood when I could not pay them when I was sick. They did not send me nasty letters and still continued their visits. They are very thorough.

We like the fact that they don't use chemicals harmful to humans. They constantly keep coming out. Whenever we have had an issue, they have always come out and we don't have to pay anything additional. They do a good job. They are very responsive and easy to deal with on the phone. The last time when I called them, which was probably Friday and they were closed. I left a message and they called me back at 8 in the morning, so they were right on top of it to call me back. I am very pleased with them. The service people who come out have always been very pleasant and nice to work with. If you ask them to include something, they will do that. They are just a little more expensive because they use natural products, but it’s worth it.

They do ecologically good pest control. I have been very happy with them. They come when they are supposed to. They send me a follow up. They tracked me down and called me to tell me that when the guy was at the house there was water coming out of the back of the house. The tenant didn't know about it. I was able to get it fixed quickly. They helped me out by doing that. They come every quarter. They are reliable and consistent. They don't do a lot, but they guarantee their work. If they find damage, I know they are inspecting the house with a practiced eye. They are consistent, reliable, responsive, communicative. We don't ahve a lot of face to face time. They come out on the first visit and bury some things in the ground. They check those when they come every quarter. They send me a written notice of what conditions they found. They don't have specific hours that they come.

We have used them several times. They general try to use nontoxic alternatives. They are very professional. I can?t say that everything that they have done has been effective. But, generally we get good service. Their termite treatment has been good. They also look out for fire ants.

For 2 weeks we found several cockroaches dead or dying. Since then we have had no problems with roaches. The geckos and good insects seem to be doing ok. I absolutely did not want poisons around my house; their solutions are from chrysantemums, etc and work very well. We are quite pleased and will use them again in the spring.

Two visits. One for initial inspection, one for treatment. Both visits were on time. Nice folks to deal with. The had an option for additional treatments every couple of months, but they didn't recommend that, expecting that the single treatment would be sufficient. The number of live bugs, particularly scorpions, has declined. We saw a number of dead ones over the following week. The pricing was about the same as the toxic alternatives.

Great! They were very willing to work to meet our wishes (for example, we did not want to treat spiders in our house since they do no structural damage) and were careful to ensure that all our questions were fully answered.

I used them before, but that was three years ago. The first time around I had a spot treatment and then they came back in different places. All the places they didn't spray the first time, they did the second time. They arrived on time, they were professional, and they did a good job.

The pest control was very good, but the rodent control did not work as well. they were very polite and punctual.

I like them because they are chemical free and you don't have to take all your animals out. I don't have to worry about children and animals in the yard and we don't have any bugs so it all works out fine. I would give them A's on all categories.

I like the fact that they use organic stuff. That makes it safe for kids and pets. I have a biannual contract. They come out and treat any problems in between that time for free. I have had the same technician for five years.

The overall experience was very positive. They have since come out a second time and the experience was just as good. I don't see any bugs and my birds are fine.

They were great. The person who did the work was really knowledgeable about his work and gave me some good advice. We have been bug free since then.

Everything has gone very well. It is a good service, and they are organic, which we appreciate.

We've been using them for the past 4 years and have loved Glen. He's always very thorough and patient. He answers our questions and gives good advice for controlling pests. We like that we can call them back in-between scheduled 6 mos visits if we start to see bugs. They've been great about identifying new bugs for us.

Their treatments work well, with the exception of an infestation of Argentinean ants that took their technician two or three visits and finally lab analysis of ant specimens and help from our technician's supervisor to eradicate. But they got the job done.

They did a good job and offered additional advice for my lawn as well. I will use them again.

Chem. Free is a very reliable company. The fact that they use organic products means a lot. They have always done the work quickly and professional as well. I am happy with their service and the results.

They are very easy to work with and the guys that are sent out are always nice and clean. They are good with rescheduling us if we have something else to do and they get the job done. I don't remember the cost but it is reasonable.

We ve been with them for 17 years and have always been very pleased. They are a local business that guarantees their work. They come out and if after a few days you re still seeing something they ll come back at no further charge. The price is appropriate.

I live a little bit out in the country, and they do a very good job keeping the pests away. What I like the most about them is that they use natural ways to keep the bugs away, because they only use organic products, and I'm very particular about not having chemicals around the house. They are a bit expensive; I pay $78 for the lawn care and $167 for the pest control each quarter.

It's always a wonderful experience with them. They always call me beforehand and let me know that they are on their way. Sometimes they even call me while I am at work so that I can meet them at my home to treat the inside which is very considerate instead of me taking a day off of work. They have done a nice job, considering I do not have any pest lurking around.

Glenn and Chem Free are fantastic. Glenn was so helpful and pleasant and he went above and beyond what I expected. He certainly didn't need to move the infested wood bits in my yard, but he did because he's nice and his mother raised him right. And he watered my plants while he waited for me to get there! How great is that? He put little bootie things on over his shoes before he came in my house, too, which is very courteous. Now the roaches are dying and me and my pets are safe and not all chemical-ed out. You know something funny though? Chem Free is owned by ABC Pest Control. The Chem Free brochure says they are ''the responsible alternative for pest control.'' But the same company operates the irresponsible alternative.

Rick comes out every six weeks and checks/replaces the termite baits. Contract covers treatment if termites are found. Very pleasant and professional.

While all of our neighbors had huge fire ant mounds, our yard didn't have a single one.
