Description of Work: The contract was for correcting outside rot and I had only a small job. The handyman could have done it in half an hour but took his time left and came back later. I paid more than I needed to for this.

Description of Work: Best Austin Handyman completely remodeled my master bathroom and re-tiled the master bedroom as well. From the demolition crew to the painters, each crew that worked on my house arrived when they said they would and took pride in the quality of their work. There were delays caused by back-ordered materials, but all of the work was completed as soon as possible when materials were received.

We had a toilet flood the downstairs of our house and we needed hardwood floors repaired and 3 bathrooms, a laundry room and base boards all installed. They completed all of it in 3.5 days, flawlessly! They are the best of the best! Top quality work with a since of urgency. Description of Work: rain slowed him down. had to reschedule due to thunderstorms, but the work that he did was stellar. we rescheduled for thursday @ noon. i have no doubt Eugene will show @ complete project. i have him set up for another job after my decking is mortar'd.

Description of Work: I needed wood blinds hung in our daughter's room. I bought the blinds from JCPenney but they wanted an additional $90 to hang them. This Angie's list deal got me 2 hours of handyman work for just $79. The handyman was able to successfully install the blinds, hang the curtains and do some patch-up work on holes throughout my house all in 2 hours. Overall I was very pleased with the quality of work. My one complaint is that the employee wreaked heavily of cigarette smoke. Had it been an outdoor job, no big deal. But the cigarette smoke continued to permeate my daughter's room for several days. YUCK!

Description of Work: They provided the promised estimate with drawing for a redesign of our Kitchen/Bathroom area, but we are not likely to use their design. We really were looking for something more ambitious!

Description of Work: We purchased some package for design services for a kitchen remodel, which was to include elevations. It was priced at something like 80% or 90% off the "retail" price. They were nice enough, and responsive, but the end product was not really worth anything in our case. These design services are mostly a way for them to get remodeling work, which is fine. We never actually had them do any work, but might contact them in the future for smaller jobs. We felt like our kitchen remodel job might be more than we were comfortable turning them loose on, without some add'l input from an architect or interior designer.
