Description of Work: Sealed & painted exterior balcony, repaired several cabinets, installed built in wine fridge and built cabinetry around it. The work was excellent and employees very friendly, communicated well and were very punctual. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I purchased a landscape design package but found it very difficult to schedule a time to meet a designer. They were not available every business day nor were they willing to meet at the end of the day. I work 40 minutes from my home and could only meet on weekends or at the end of the day. We tried several times but had conflicts in my schedule, so I gave up trying. I'd like to try them again in the spring.

Description of Work: A nice woman came out to my condo to get me a quote on finishing some work that my contractor did not complete. I was told I would get a quote in a day or 2. I didn't, so I called a couple of times to follow up and have actually never heard back. I give them a D overall, because the rep did show up when she said she would. But yeah, I personally would never use this company.

Description of Work: They came out to look at what I wanted done. I think it was out of their league, but instead of saying they couldn't or wouldn't, they gave me an absurd estimate. |I called them back to and asked that someone come for the day, and I would direct them. |They then blew me off, $250 of nuthin!!!

Description of Work: They sent landscape drawings via email several weeks after a visit to get yard dimensions and pictures. The drawings were amateurish. They didn't represent well the dimensions (no specific dimensions were given) or contours of the yard nor the relationships of current plantings, sidewalks, trees, etc. The "suggestions" were all things that I mentioned to the person who visited the house as possibilities, a different person from the one who did the drawings. They offered to do more and revise but with these I had no incentive to ask for more. It was relatively inexpensive but also fairly useless to us.

Description of Work: So we purchased a landscape design plan for $99. The person showed up late to the appt. I was then told I would get the design and quote the following week. I then had to send two reminders before I finally got it over a week late. The design was not what I asked for and looked like something my child could do. So I then sent a message back and asked for some changes and in the meantime that person had been fired so I had to send a follow up to the new person. While the new person was helpful and provided some good ideas and was quick to respond with a quote, but send the original drawing back to me which was a disappointing. So needless to say I am not going to have them do any of the work because I feel it was pretty expensive quote as well and I had to put in quite a bit of effort and follow up.
