Description of Work: For starters, I couldn't get a call-back. Then, when I called THEM, they were flip and unresponsive to my needs for expediency. The estimate was vague, and overall, it was disappointing attempting to work with them. I finally opted out of dealing with them and went with another provider, Town Square Floors, which provided me with EXACTLY what I was asking for--good service.

Description of Work: I had an unusual request -- to build a cover for an ugly back-flow prevention system in my front yard. The person I worked with (sorry I cannot remember his name) built it quickly with scrap lumber and supplies. I was very pleased.

Description of Work: I paid them at an hourly rate. I had them replace a toilet and I asked if they would dispose of the old one, they told me no and there was some other fees for that after the job was done. So I had them stop the work and not do the other toilet replacement that I also wanted them to do. I had them do some electrical work; replace the covers and middle part. They sent someone who had electrical experience, but was not an electrician. It took him a long time, about 4-5 hours, just to change outlets.
