Description of Work: Beware! This outfit is a total scam. I bought a coupon for $169 for 200 sq ft of deck to be power washed and resealed. My deck (the flat part) is 240 sq ft, so roughly $35 extra. I bought the sealant, as per the agreement, and they power washed and applied it. They also power washed the steps, also extra, I assumed. No specific charges were discussed. |The bill came in for $399 EXTRA. I thought that must be a mistake, so I called to discuss. I am happy to pay extra, they did extra work. Just not $399 worth. They said to pay the money or they were going to put a lein on my home. Really? |Don't waste your time with these folks--they were late twice, slow both times and then tried to fleece me. Plus, they are now sending me invoices for $399!!! Look elsewhere for a simple job done honestly--these people are crooks. |

Description of Work: Bathroom remodel proposal. They provided four options, and offered to provide a written estimate of the remodel based on the option we liked. However, they never provided the estimate. I didn't really care since I already planned on using someone else for the actual remodel anyway.

Description of Work: Didn't get a live person a couple of the times I called. The reps were just work at home folks that pretty much only had the ability to answer the phone and relay message to the "manager".

Description of Work: They half a** caulked 15 windows at my home. It was my understanding the windows would be caulked from top to bottom, this did not take place. | These two guys just caulked what they could from a standing position. |It took them a little over an hour to do the job. Description of Work: Bathroom remodeling project included replacing a tub w stand up shower, tiling the bathroom and replacing the sink, they gave me an estimated project cost for $8000 but ended up charging me over $12000 (materials excluded), and more importantly, they told me they can finish is within 7-8 business days. They were understaffed the whole time apparently, and the project took 5 weeks to complete, I had to live in dust meanwhile. They did not clean after themselves. Also, they kept creating additional costs saying that initial estimate did not include this and that etc. They are sweet talkers to your face, but stab you in the back, don't fall for it. They ripped me off so badly. Definitely not recommended. I could not be more dissatisfied. Plus although they promised, they never followed the city of Austin permit requirements, I am reporting them for lack of compliance.
