The helper showed up on time, even ahead of time, but the main guy was late. They first did the kayak pulley, then since they could stay, I had them do the same for the bike. They were very professional in demeanor and skill level.

Contractors showed up on time. Quickly assessed the work to be done. Called in the appropriate contractors. Communication was very good with every new development in terms of what was found, what work needed to be done and the cost along the way. I was involved in the decisions that needed to be made. Work was continuous and even though it was at an hourly rate, I always felt that they were working diligently.

Very good. Jason was on time and took care of my entire list. He was clearly an expert at his job. I will definitely ask for Jason the next time I call this company. And I will call them soon to complete the rest of the lighting in my basement.

They came everyday on time and worked very hard all day. There were several problems with the job but they always work hard to correct the mistakes. The leader of the crew was extremely helpful and worked long hours to make sure things were corrected and met our approval.

They did all right. It was a little overpriced, I thought they were pretty slow but it was fine. Update 10/10/12 The company resolved the invoice issue.

There was some confusion about the terms of the coupon for the big deal, but we were able to resolve. I was one of the first to use it so they didn't have all of the details on there yet. The guys were polite, on time and professional.

Update 01/11/2013 I paid for this job in full October 2012 even though the exterior carpet had not been installed yet. The carpet that I wanted to use was a special order item and they talked me into paying in full with the promise that there would be no further issues. Fast forward to December 2012 and due to a combination of complete lack of follow thru on their part and my own own laziness in staying on top of things it has still not been completed. After a few text messages were not responded to I phoned the office directly and the new story is that I have not paid for the materials, even though I have messages saved in my phone and email showing otherwise. I was livid, and the office manager promised me that he would look at their records and get back with me promptly. This was just before Christmas. It is now January 11th and I have yet to receive a phone call, despite the fact that I have left multiple messages this week. I was finally able to get a person on the phone this afternoon and the response was that he has not had a chance to look into it yet and 4pm on a Friday is not enough notice for him to get back to me this week. Understandable if not for the fact that I had left 3 messages on their voicemail this week, including one at 9am that morning. Because I do not know if they are going to honor their commitments and my payments I am not changing the score of this review, except to give them an F for responsiveness, as 3 weeks is far more than enough time to look up an old invoice. I was a bit disappointed with the wine rack. My main concern was to stabilize it and to give it a " finished" look, which I didn't feel happened. However, they acknowledged my concerns and offered to come back out and fix it as a warranty repair. The rock work was excellent. I was really pleased with how it turned out, you cannot tell old vs new work. The work they did finishing out the sink was EXCELLENT. It was a difficult project due to the previous contractor's poor work, and they were able to make t happen.

They sent out a couple of guys. I first noticed their expertise was in other areas. It took them a long time to complete the job and they were billing me every hour. The faucets they put in pretty quickly. They needed a part and it took two and a half hours to get the part. I live close to both a Home Depot and a Lowes. They then worked on the shower door for about 4 hours. They couldn’t get it in or figure it out. They had to come back and spend 2 hours the next day to finish the job. I even helped them install in based off what I watched on a YouTube video. The shower is actually already kind of broken, it wasn’t put in correctly. I did send them an email to see if they could come back to work on it or if there was any type of warranty. I think the guy who owns the business sent out the wrong guys. I wouldn’t use them again. They did waive the fee for them to come out the second day since it did take them so long.

It turned out very, very nicely. They came and worked hard. They did a very good job. We were very impressed with their work.

Their service was great. They were very efficient and nice. We don’t have any complaints. They looked to see what else we wanted to have done and they were very happy to oblige.

Excellent service. They quickly scheduled a repairman who was already in the area to save me the "call out fee". He came and reviewed the job, estimated the time it would take and did the caulking on that first visit and repaired the hole the next day as he was going to be in the area with a ladder so he could access/repair the hole. I wish I had thought to ensure I had the supplies for the caulking. Since I didn't, the repairman picked it up for me, but I had to pay for his time. This is fine - it was my lack of forethought. Of course, my husband came home to tel me that we did have caulk afterall. But, that doesn't change that the service was prompt, quick, good quality and good clean up and the employees were a pleasure to work with.

met with Barrett and his team completed a punch list on my home that was being sold. They completed everything to my satisfaction. Most importantly, he seemed to be very concerned with keeping the cost of the job as low as possible which I greatly appreciated. Good guy, good team, and good work.

We originally hired Barrett to fix the horrible exterior paint job another guy had done on our house. With three months to go before our daughter was born, we knew we were ready for a dishwasher. Our cramped 1940’s kitchen really needed a full overhaul but we were sure we couldn’t afford it. After talking to Barrett, we ended up gutting our kitchen—including removing walls, moving doors, adding a window, and new lighting. He gave us a great price on the work, willingly solved problems as they came up, and made creative suggestions about the remodel. We were so impressed, we had Barrett paint the whole interior of our house, install a limestone patio, extend our car port, and install additional shelving. I can’t speak highly enough about the cost savings and especially about the quality of Barrett as a person. He’s one of those rare individuals where a handshake still means something and he won’t try to take advantage of you. We will definitely use Barrett for all of our future home improvements.
