Th service was outstanding; they were quick, they followed up with us. And very affordable!

They're good. I've used them on a lot of my houses. I spent probably about $500 the last time I used them. It sounds easy but you can't get a hold of most of them. They're not all like these guys. I don't use anybody else. They're the best as far as getting things done. They're responsive and they know they're doing. They have a lot of experience in lot of different areas. They can go it all.

I already have another list of work I need them to do on their next visit.

It went great! I contracted a single handyman for the day and couldn't have been happier. He showed up on time, had the skills necessary to complete the work I had previously described, and showed care and respect for my property. I couldn't really ask for much more and the price was good.

Scheduling went just fine. Two guys came out to do the work and it took about a couple hours to complete. They did a very nice job on everything.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went very well. The gentleman they sent out was very good and very responsive. I had a big company coming in 48 hours and he was great. I asked him to show me how to do some things, I like being handy myself. I was very impressed. There was an additional charge of maybe $75 or $80 because he was here for longer. The continuing price was whatever they said it was going to be after the first 2 hours.

Went really well, he arrived on time, followed the instruction, did not slow down to add hours and was able to finish what I needed him to do. I did not have all the screws etc and had to make couple runs to home depot and he worked around this and did not get frustrated.

There was a lack of communication and when asked for clarification I never got a good answer. When they finally came out they were unable to do the services based on this lack of communication.

Ed did a great job. He carefully lowered the sink and removed the old adhesive material from the sink and granite. He then applied new adhesive and temporarily inserted wooden supports under the sink to allow for the curing of the new adhesive. The original builder had not braced the sink properly so Ed also constructed a wooden support to hold the sink flush with the counter. He cleaned up the work area completely.

I was very satisfied with the drawing. They were very prompt with getting the drawing to me. They were very polite and the girl that came out gave me a sketch that really helped.

It did not turn out well. I had used them before and I had to pay extra. They did not ask me if there was anything else. He was two hours late. They only sent one person and the pictures I wanted hung were two heavy for one person. I thought that they would ask me for more details. The handymen were just as nice and pleasant as could be. They did charge me for needing to have a second person brought out. They got the job done and they informed me about the cost. He said that Handyman would email me a confirmation and what it was for. I did not get an email or confirmation of the $179. The two handymen that came out were good. I would not use them again.

It did not turn out very well. They came out and met with me for about an hour. They seemed to be interested and said that they would get back to me. It was about 3 weeks before I heard back from them. They did send me a drawing but it did not have the things on it that I had asked for. I have not heard anything from them since. I have lost interest in the project now. It was not a good experience and I do not want them to contact me. It was only one drawing that they sent me. They were supposed to give me an estimate. It was going to be a huge project. They did do what they said they would as far as the big deal goes. I did tell them that I did not want to start the project until after the first of the year. The big deal was $49 for a $500 drawing. I do not want to follow up with them. I got what I paid for. I would not use them again.

It didn't. Those who use Angie's list should check with the contractor -> BEFORE <- paying, to be certain they will be able to execute their services 'Inside their service area'. A special note: I contacted Angie's List before ordering because I noted the service was for the Austin, Texas Area. I was assured that even though Taylor is outside the Austin area, companies will honor the specials, but may charge for service outside their area.

Very well, start to finish. Still here, in fact. Unexpected plumbing problem necessitated a trip to Home Depot and a call to a plumbing expert, but it all got done.

Fixed all my issues and very well. On time and professional.

He was new to handyman work, but he did fine. Had some good suggestions when it came to my light fixtures. Some of the insulation actually peeled off the day after he left, but I was able to re-trace his route and get it in more securely. he had to go to Home Depot to get some supplies, and he handled my money responsibly, i.e., didn't get real expensive stuff.

The main repair of the faucets was never completed properly and they still leaked. Other 2 jobs were done satisfactorily.

Purchased Angie's list deal for 4 hrs of wood rot repair for $149. They called to schedule within a day or two and the work was completed within a week. He showed up on time and had to stay an extra hour to finish so we paid a little extra. They did a good job and cleaned up afterwards. Had to buy some materials but it was money well spent.

He called an hour before the appointment to confirm details. He arrived promptly and was very nice. He worked diligently most of the day, and even found another special they were offering to save me money. Some aspects of the work were really great, and some were so so. He seemed to know what he was doing, which was great, and did the bulk of the work well. The finishing touches and clean up were sloppy, however, and he got wall texture all over my things. That said, I am having him out again in a couple of weeks to do another project and will update after that.

Derek Smith came out and did the work for me. He was always on time and very professional. I live in a 60 yr old house which made these projects more complicated a project than I wanted to tackle. He installed two new exterior doors and they look great and are much more secure and weatherproof than the old ones. He also installed two bathroom vent fans which included punching through the roof. He repaired several wiring issues that were bothering us. He prepared our bathroom floor for tile which included replacing some rotted subfloor and installing Hardy backer board. Derek is a really nice guy and one of the things that impressed me the most was he made it his mission to become friends with our little dog and thats not an easy task because our dog really doesn't much care for other people. Thank you guys we are very happy with the work you did!

He did everything I needed, and offered suggestions for things I was uncertain about. He was knowledgable about many different aspects of home maintenance.

Did a great job and the drawers work fine now.
