This gentleman is a hard worker and is amenable to doing whatever he can to get the job done. I will certainly use his services again.

We had a great experience from booking the appt to finish. Our handyman was punctual and professional. Gave me a realistic expectation of what could be accomplished in the allotted time frame. We had purchased an Angie's Deal and did not want to go beyond the scope of the deal. The job was very labor intensive and he worked hard and completed the project. He used his resources (other contractors) to come up with the best approach for the task. We will definitely use this company again for future handyman projects.

I called several times only to be connected to voicemail each time. I left detailed messages and requested someone call me. After 24 hours no one returned my call.

Ed was great! Ed was courteous, prompt, and very hard working. He never took a break or ate lunch.. He was professional and polite. I will definitely use their service again. They were a great company all the around including the people in the office and spoke with.

Very well, they were on time, professional and did excellent work. I would hire them in the future.

He was competent, respectful and efficient. Completed all in a timely fashion.

My husband dealt with them primarily. He took off a big mirror off the wall in my bathroom. He also helped my husband removed the vanity and counter top. He helped take it apart and haul it away.

They did a great job and were very flexible.

A little unusual project that required pressure washing an observation tower that was 35 feet in height. Provider had to haul pressure washer up three flights of stairs. Serviceman was very competent and thoorugh.

Tyler was on time to the minute. He's friendly, professional, experienced; doesn't waste time. After he asked me a few questions as to what needed repair, he went right to work. When the work was completed, he vacuumed the dust in the front entry. This is my first experience with Best Austin Handyman. If you're looking for quality work, go to this company. Ask for Tyler!!

The handyman was right on time and helpful. He did all the jobs quickly. The only problem I had was in scheduling the visit - it took more than one call. The first time no one answered the call. I left a message and it took a while for them to get back to me. BUt I will use the company again - I appreciate a flat fee for work and was grateful that the handyman was flexible and did a lot of small jobs.

I had a great experience with BAH. They were one of two contractors I considered for the remodel. Their price was literally half what a competitor's estimate came in as. The project manager (Jonathan) was amazing and was always eager to help us. When we were picking out bathroom vents and light fixtures, he let us know about cool, new technology that neither my husband nor I had heard of, that will ultimately save us money in the long run. If there was a problem, he would talk me through the problem so I always had the best information before I made a decision. The workers were always professional and prompt. Their quality of workmanship was usually very good. If we ever saw something that needed to be corrected, we just had to point it out and they would fix it immediately Since the project is complete, we've noticed a few items that needed to be fixed. I sent BAH a list and they had someone out a few days later to fix everything. I've dealt with other contractors on past projects and was always impressed by the level of professionalism with BAH. They issues a line item estimate where everything was explicitly spelled out. When it came to settling up receipts at the end of the project, I checked everything, item for item, and was impressed by their level of integrity, they only charged me for the things that were legitimately not covered in the contract. I am using them again for a guest bath remodel and have recommended them to several other friends doing renovation projects.

They hug a light fixed and switched out a sink fixture. The worker was a little on the slow-side, but the work was high-quality. Everything looks good and we have no complaints.

The service provider called my home at 8:30 pm to ask what I needed done. Someone else from this organization called me previously, the 8:30 PM call was from someone named Joshua. The previous caller who asked the same questions was Charles. I explained in detail what I needed, was told no problem we will get it done. When Charles arrived today at the appointed time, he took one look and told me it would be an additional $90.00 to put in that post, and there were additional charges but I did not listen further, just told him I was cancelling this service. Very unprofessional organization, for two different employees to call and ask what I wanted done, and to indicate they could do it, without stating there might be additional costs, and the fact that one called at 8:30 at night, should have been a wake-up call for me, but I trusted their integrity, which was obviously a mistake.

Wel they missed a place in bath but what they did was good

He came out and spent some time with us, but it was not worth it to us due to what we wanted to do. We had good interaction with him, but the work he wanted to do was feasible. There was no follow up plans from this company for a bathroom design either.

These guys are easy to work with, fair-priced, and do quality work. They are responsive - which is super important to me as I am a small business owner.

Nice work by Mike. He also gave some good advice on a few other pending projects. He seems quite knowledgeable and eager to earn new customers. I will use them again.

It went well. The guy who came out was on time and he was experienced with what he was doing. He did it quickly and efficiently. I also did not spend more than the big deal price.

There were some extra charges on top of the big deal because I had a lot of work done. They were quick in finishing the work and they had to come back and redo the back door of the patio since it was not done right. It did not hang right or something so they sent a different person to do that.

The service was fine. I believe he fixed some door handles and did some little repairs around the home. One handyman came out to do these services for me.

At my one year inspection, the inspector gave detail on where the exterior of my home needed to be caulked. It was high up where we couldn't reach so I told the handyman where it needed to be done and he did a great job.

They were very nice and solved our problem.

The handyman stated that we didn't have all the materials he liked. He went to the store and bought what he needed, including a large container of tape. I purchased this special offer from the company to help get some items off my husbands to do list. This ended up taking more time. Plus the handyman left with the large roll of tape we paid for and he used very little. We called the office and were told we would be reimbursed and a check would be sent. Still have not seen the check and my husband had to redo the work they did. Very sorry I purchased this gift for my husband.

He was unable to do the shelf above my daughters desk. While repositioning the cabinets he left a gap. The other shelf unit turned out fine.
