Abel is very punctual. He was here when he said he would be, whether for the estimate or to do the work. His first estimate was higher than we could pay. However, understanding circumstances right now, he and I negotiated a fair price. He had done our neighbor's fence so I knew he used quality wood and did quality work. Don't expect a super-low price; but he negotiated a fair price for the high quality of work he does. He was ready to start the next day; however, due to heavy rains, he started within 3 days of the negotiated price (as soon as the weather cleared). His crew was great. It was a 2-day job. Day 1: they removed the existing fence and set the new posts in concrete. They dug several of the previous post holes deeper than the original posts were set. Day 2: they installed all rails and pickets and cleaned up the job site. Very pleased with the process and end-result.
