A+ Renovations

We were so pleased with the work that James and A+ did with our wood flooring we also engaged them to remodel our kitchen, master bath and paint the house. I couldn't recommend James and A+ more highly.

A+ Renovations.... James and his crew produce a great produce at a very reasonable price! They respond to calls promptly, make good on their promises, are courteous and meticulous. We just moved to Austin and bought a home that needed some work. The previous owners had used A+ Renovations and we really liked the work they did for them. So we hired them as well. We are very pleased with that decision and of course, the work. James and his crew did the renovations and repairs in a timely and professional manner, and the effort truly made the house feel like "our home". James even offered his input into our design ideas and his suggestions, as an experienced contractor, really helped make things work out. We plan to use them again for our next round of projects towards the end of the year. We can't say enough great things about James and his crew. We are very happy in our home now and we can easily recommend A+ Renovations.

What a great experience. My wife and I needed to renovate our thirty-one year old home in order to place it on the market. We needed to replace a bathtub, two toilets and all of the faucets, water heater, oven, cooktop, countertops, sink, install new tile, hardwood, and carpeted flooring, two sliding doors, a front entry door, new A/C ducts and insulation up to code, new lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, and the painting of all walls, ceilings, and trim throughout. We were not looking forward to this endeavor because it seems that anyone with a pickup truck and a hammer call themselves a re modeler. We didn't think we would be able to find just one contractor to manage the entire renovation. So we went on Home Advisor and started the process of interviewing and getting cost estimates from various contractors for the several pieces of the project. Then James, with A+ Renovations, said that they could do the entire project. His cost estimate was exactly what we expected for this size of project. His crews were always on time, polite, and courteous. James always had creative ideas or designs to solve any problems that arose. The quality of their work is excellent. Jame's attention to every detail, constant monitoring of his crews and his timely status reports qualifies him for any project you may have. We could not be happier with the results.

James and his tile men were very professional and punctual. The project included about 1800 square feet of travertine for a patio, steps and breezeway. The project ran over the estimated budget and time allotment, but James helped with the budget overage and the tile men worked nearly everyday to finish the project. They were able to make my uneven and circular stairs nearly perfect. I am very pleased with the work that was performed. The end result is simply beautiful.

I live in El Paso and having a condo remodel being done in Austin was a big concern. James and his crew from A+ Renovations did a great job. James was in contact with me everyday and I was very comfortable with him. I met with him at the beginning and at the end of the project and he kept me with up to date with photos of the work. I plan to purchase some additional condos in Austin and they will do my remodeling.

James and his crew were great! They did a beautiful job installing a wood looking tile floor in my kitchen, living room and hallway. This was no small task after realizing how uneven my slab was. His pricing is very reasonable and his crew were prompt, polite and left my house clean. James takes great pride in making sure his product is done right and done beautifully. All around it was my best experience to date with any of the contractors I have ever worked with. I highly recommend them! Thanks James!

The contract stated that the job would take 6 days to tile the master floor, shower area, and around the whirlpool. It took 14 days not including weekends. James is very knowledgeable, but does none of the work. His crew does the work. They cleaned out their cement container and poured it out on my lawn. This hardened and I had to pry it off the grass myself. The final payment always seems to be more than the projected estimate. His tile installer was great and so was his plumber.

James, and his crew, were punctual and upfront. The job took two days. After they were done, I noticed some areas that needed touch ups. James had the crew return that day and put another coat on the areas that I was concerned with. They did a good job. I would recommend them.
