It went exactly as expected, and he was able to add on the second item on the day of the work. All the correct credentials, and very professional. Nice work.

Some stations in my lawn sprinkler system were not getting enough water pressure to work correctly. I called Richard Irrigation and they called back that evening. He was able to come out quickly - like the next day, if I remember correctly - and was actually a few minutes early. Very quickly assessed the problem, and fixed the system. I would reccomend this business to others. Knowledgable and professional. A+

I called on Wed. afternoon, Richard called me back first thing Thurs morning and came out an hour later. Richard and his 2 workers were very professional. After an hour and a half they had finished what I had called about but I decided to have them do some additional work so they said they would come back later in the afternoon and do the additional work which they did. Richard is good at suggesting various options and comparing costs etc. They replaced quite a few parts all of which they had on their truck.

I was impressed.

We are very pleased. Existing commercial-size gutter emptied right next to house and land sloped toward house. Rainwater was collecting next to our house and leaking into lower interior level of house after storms. They attached PVC piping to bottom of gutter that rerouted drainage underground to driveway retaining wall approximately 10 ft away, which was at the time under construction by another contractor, modified existed yard level at that point, removed some shrubbery. So far this has completely solved our problem; worked like a charm! Owner Randy Richard was friendly and communicative, good to work with, showed up when expected and thankfully completed task right before significant rainstorm.

Randy explained what would be done. He introduced the person doing the work. In about two hours the work was done to our complete satisfaction.

Men came along with Mr. Richard. They worked hard but could not locate cut wire first day. They came back and were able to fix it another day. The main water line burst while we were away from the house. We called and Randy came out and capped it for us. He came the next day and replaced pipe and connectors to code. They were very friendly and seemed knowledgeable.

Arrived on time, very knowledgeable, cruised around the yard with some sort of electrical signal detecting machine to find the bad box and then fixed it. EASY!

TIMELY AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN HOW TO TEST FOR THE PROBLEM WITH THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM. MY INITIAL CALL WAS MADE ON A SATURDAY AND RETURNED THE SAME DAY.

THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY GAVE ME A FREE ESTIMATE FOR THE JOB . IT WAS MUCH LOWER THAN ANOTHER ESTIMATE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME WITH A FULL CREW. THE WORKERS DID HAVE TO RETURN THE NEXT DAY TO FINISH THE JOB. THEY DID SPREAD MY EXTRA FILL TO AREAS OF MY LAWN THAT I SPECIFIED. THEY WERE NEAT AND CORDIAL. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THEIR WORK AND WOULD USE THEM AGAIN, IF NEED BE.

THIS WAS A RELATIVELY MAJOR PROJECT. OUR ENTIRE YARD WAS DUG UP. SURPRISINGLY, RANDY DID SUCH A GREAT JOB, YOU COULD NEVER TELL THAT HEAVY EQUIPMENT HAD BEEN IN THE YARD NOR THAT A PROBLEM EVER EXISTED. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND RANDY RICHARD.
