I would HIGHLY recommend this pool company. It's run by a married couple who are VERY honest people. They did not charge to come out to my house and narrow down where the leak from the pool was occurring. I called the day before and they both showed up, ready to get their hands dirty. Once they figured it out, he gave me a quote, which was EXTREMELY reasonable and scheduled the date for the repair, which was 2 days later. If I ever have an issue with my pool, I will be calling them. They answer all questions honestly! They don't hold back information. They make suggestions and are very professional. I was very impressed with them. If you're looking for an honest, hardworking company.....look no more! Call them.

It was okay. They performed everything well they just were not that professional. It was a husband and wife team that came out. They got the job done in less than one hour. The scheduling was good.

replaced my filter grids,vacuumed my pool and corrected the chemicals to make my pool nice and blue. They worked on my pool for two weks with no additional charges. They kept in phone contact with me twice a week to see how my pool was looking even on the weekends. I would definatley use their services again. They advised me on how to keep my pool looking great and advised me of what chemicals I should be using. I was spending $400.00 a month at Leslies on chemicals and my pool never got any better. Clear water provided me with parts with no additional charges. They are dedicated and trustworthy and I will continue to use them in the future.

I have never been so pleased with a service provider! Clear Water Pool Service responded the same day to my call for help. Previous pool service company abruptly stopped coming with no explanation. Waited two weeks hoping to hear back (no response to email or calls). Result was pool filled with yellow algae just three weeks after I had paid to have DE filters cleaned. Clear Water Pool Service came out to assess the pool and provided an estimate, all on the same day I called and while I was still at work. I called back the next morning to authorize the work and they texted a picture of my crystal clear pool to me before 1:30 pm the same day. Incredible! They are now my new full-service provider for weekly cleaning and anything else I may need done to maintain my pool. I am so grateful for their quick response, timely communication, and attention to detail...and all for a small (15,000 gal) old (20 yrs) pool! Clear Water Pool Service certainly demonstrated to me that they provide the same level and quality of service to all their customers, regardless of pool size, dollar amount, or advance notice. Wonderful!

Our pool was turning green though the water quality was good, we were getting algae. It also seemed like water wasn't circulating correctly. We weren't really sure what was going on because we were cleaning the filter every couple of days. Long story short, we called this company and they came out very promptly to see what the problem was. Turned out we needed a new filter. They gave some pool advice which was helpful. They were very responsive to texts and calls and seemed to be able to fit us in quickly.

This husband and wife team are fantastic! I hired them because the showed up walked the job and then filled out a form in pencil with pricing they showed me the number and then said that they would have a written estimate emailed to me within a day. They showed up when they said they would they handled every detail. They were so detail oriented that they handled even my broken pool tiles with TLC. I will always want to hire Jamie and Jim to work on my pool.

Best service I have had. Pool looks great, this is third service I have tried and the best one. Others sent untrained pool cleaners and either chemicals were wrong (causing algae) or they keep finding problems that needed owner to come out and check at $75. These are the owners and they know what they are doing.

They were great. They are really good. I have used two or three different companies before but Clear Water is just great. We had a problem before with pressure issue. The other came out and we had the pump replaced or the filter. The existing pool company that I had came two or three times and they could not figure out the problem. It was Clear Water who was able to fix it on their first try. They found out that the other pool company had closed a valve that shot off half of our pressure pouring through. That was the very first thing that impressed me that we had the same problem for months that multiple companies had tried to fixed and Clear Water was able to fix it within thirty minutes that they have been here. They really took care of my problem. They are very personable and good people.

I cannot recommend this couple enough! They replaced my broken pool light (in the rain) and had me up and running again in just a few hours. Replacing a pool light is much harder than you would expect. They literally had to pull the old wires out of a tiny tube app. 25 feet then pull the new wires back through as well. The pool light itself is then connected to the box inside the wall of the pool. Jimmy had no problem working with the electrical part of the job either. Everything came out perfectly! I had called around to get estimates/work scheduled before my neighbor suggested Clear Water Pool Service. Boy, was I glad she did!!!! Everyone else had me out by over a week. Clear Water worked me in and got the job done right the first time! ! I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

They do a great job. They are a married couple and both of them come for the most part. They are hard working and very busy so they are not at our home for a long period of time.

I will continue to use them and highly recommend Clear Water Pool Service.

Jimmy and Jamie have been taking care of our pool for some time now. Our previous pool company was really hit and miss. Sometimes they would come and sometimes not. Several times our pool would turn green for lack of attention. Jimmy and Jamie have always been friendly, responsive and professional. We have never had a problem with our pool that Jimmy and Jamie haven't taken care of immediately. I couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended!

Clear Water Pool Service is a great pool company. Owned by a couple, Jamie and I cant remember the man's name. They are great. Came out the same day I called, after we developed Yellow Algae on the side of pool. Got it crystal clear that very night. They inspected our pool equipment, cleaned our filters for only 75 bucks, our jets and vacuum moving faster than ever now. They are very knowledgeable, brush the pool every time they come. They are a great company. Wouldn't go with anyone else for pool service. They take cash, credit, or checks, even have a credit/debit card machine right there in their truck to accept payment. Makes it super easy. They leave a blue tag on door after they coming with a full report card of the status of your pool, every week. They are great.
